      @@IvanCuk19 Ordered the Standard Cobalt and Titanium based off your review. They look great, excited to see how they feel. Forgot to get them rated so im going to have some mystery gripper strengths which can be fun.

      @@Nick-cp8wf they are very well made, the ratings barely have any variance so you can safely assume you got the rgc they claim. Titanium is the hardest gripper I’ve closed so far it is a tough one.

      @@IvanCuk19 i dont know what im doing wrong. Ive been stuck at 3 for almost 2 years now. And still cant close 3.5 or even 4. I might just reached my limit..

      @@misterhands8917 K, what’s your training look like? How big are your hands?

    • @misterhands8917
      @misterhands8917 3 года назад +1

      @@IvanCuk19 my hands are like the same as yours but thinner fingers. My training is like warming up with the 2. 15 reps then pause abit then again 15 reps with 2. Pause then do the 3. 3 reps very slow working on negatives. Repeating that for 2 more times and done. Extensors i work on them everyday. With a bag of sand u know opening my hand in them. But stil im stuck at 3. I can almost pump 15 reps with it. But 3.5...... forget it

      @@misterhands8917 Too many reps. If you can buy a rated gripper then do so. Going from 3-3.5 is a lot easier if you get bridge grippers that sit between them rgc wise. How far can you get the 3.5 to?
