Hey, Joe I just wanted to stop by thank you for posting the review on the ghp grippers once again. I purchased these after going back and forth with other grippers, best decision ever, man. After 7 weeks of grip training with home made pinching blocks, grippers and hex holds I just managed to close the number 6 this afternoon. I been going at it pretty damn hard, considering 7 weeks ago I could only close a 4 with difficulty. Watching your videos along with Jedds, etc have kept me motivated. Thanks Joe.

Thank you, so I am correct to understand that a GHP level 1 is comparable to the CoC trainer (both rated at 100lbs)? I was going to get a CoC trainer, but I like the features of the GHP more. I really appreciate your time and help! Thank You!!!

Thanks Joe for this video. I haven't seen anything on them yet. I absolutely love my GHP reds. Do you still train for PRs or more fitness now?

Where can you buy these grippers?

  • @IntelligentProbe

I'm really confused now... Amazon has the level 1 at 100lbs, the 2 at 125 and so forth in 25lb increments per level, is this incorrect or have these been redesigned in 25 lbs increments since this video?

i was wandering the level 9 is 219 rating is that the same as coc #2.5. i'm trying to figure out what level to buy. i have closed the coc#2 for reps and is very close to closing coc#2.5. what gripper do u think i could workout on?? i use the #1.5 coc for reps and strap holds.

    I need to ask something.
Which is harder of the two? GHP 6 or CoC #2,5 ?
I feel like I might GHP 6 first but I wanna know if it's really lighter than CoC #2,5 or not?

    • @viktor2694

Does the GHP 5 help bridge the gap between #2 and #2.5?
Please help me ( Nobody on internet has really given me a good answer )

    • @viktor2694

I've done a research, it seems like GHP 5 is rated at 115, #2 at 105 and #2,5 at 125.
I will go order GHP 5 NEXT!!! :D
      I am confused by the two ratings though ( 200lbs/ 115lbs )

Now I need to ask. Do I need to order GHP 5 on Cannonpowerworks.com to get the gripper at that rating or can I order it from gillinghamhp.com/product/ghp-heavy-duty-hand-gripper/
and still get the same rating strength/ wise?
Me personally I wanna buy it from GHP's own website.

      ???

      @viktor2694 6 лет назад

I have already done that, I have asked him the same question I asked you. the difference is that you answered my question and he didn't really.
I was just wondering if the rating on Cannonpowerworks.com would be the same on GHP's website strength wise even though it's 200 there and 115 on the other.
Sorry if I am botheing you but I'm just asking for help because I'm gonna order it now and I don't want it to be wrong!!
