the younger human male on the left looks like he' s a #2 CoC / 10 reps kind of guy. Strong, but not that strong.
I'd say the human male on the right looks like he could barely close a CoC #1.5, maybe do a few reps.

I'm pretty experienced in grip training (for Armwrestling) but it's been a while because of Covid-19. Just got my set which includes the Trainer, #1 & #2. Shipping was fast and customer service was excellent! The Trainer is a fantastic warm-up grip! I was able to get 10-12 legitimate reps off the #1 but it was harder than I thought it'd be. I closed the #2 all the way two times but couldn't get another full rep. Granted, my forearms were FRIED from using the first grips. I know it'll be a while before I need to get the #3. But these are AMAZING & beautiful grippers!! Quality is unmatched and it's a MUST for anyone serious about grip strength!

    • @razeitall

I would be careful going above 12 per set. I really think it's counter productive. Just stop after 10 and rest, then do another set. I went for 20 on the number one with my right hand. I'll never do that again lol. The muscles and tendons in your elbow wrist and hand are small, much easier to strain them than your biceps.

I’ve noticed my gripper fits naturally in my right hand and the pull is straight back, but in my left hand has a bind. Do you think a left and right hand gripper would be good? I’m interested to know if anybody else has seen this issue.

@@Nick-cp8wf Thabks, it's frustrating though. I changed my grip routine to an every day routine where I do at LEAST 3 sets with the 2.5 - I close it with both hands and try to keep it closed - note these aren't negatives though as I don't try to keep holding while the gripper is opening. Then I grab the 3.0 and dobthe same. I can sometime cose the 3.0 with two hands. I can close the 2.5 with two hands but once I let go with the second hand, it stays about a Milimeter apart. This new routine is DEFINITELY working though, my hands are getting "Thick" and my forearms are getting bigger too - something I didn't expect at all.

I have all of these grippers, love them, but I have a superior way of training your grip.
Find a ledge or a pull up bar to hang with one arm. Note the maximum seconds you could hang on to it.
Now divide that number of seconds by two, and do 5 sets of those with an hour between sets each day. Do it for 12 days straight. Then rest on day 13, 14 and 15, and retest your max one arm hang time. If you can hang until 60 seconds, you are a beast.
How do you increase the resistance, well, just hang a sack full of sand from the non working arm to make the hangs as heavy as you want.
