Is it normal for it to kick the detergent pack into that handle thing on the middle rack? Just had mine installed yesterday and some dishes didn't come clean and the detergent didn't fully dissolve
Bosch does not recommend Finish pods. They just get paid by Finish to advertise their stuff. Any good detergent will work. For instance, the generic Costco pods worked perfectly.

@@SuperheroofLove water line was pinched, restricting the amount of water the machine needs to work properly. Freed it up and it works fine now.
