The Soft roller cleaner head has a washable brush bar - check and wash regularly, or as needed. Ensure the machine is disconnected from the charger before removing the brush bars. Be careful not to turn on the machine.
Wash the brush bar using cold water without detergent. Remove as much excess water as possible, allow at least 24 hours for the brush bar to dry completely before reassembling your machine.
To clean the head and laser, wipe with a clean dry cloth.
IMPORTANT: Brush bars from other Dyson cleaner heads should never be washed or submerged. This could cause damage not covered under your Dyson guarantee.
Don’t put any part of your machine in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishes or air fresheners.

After a few uses i had hair stuck around the rollers on either end, how does that get taken off

I've just ruined my filter - talk or write in these videos. How hard is it to day ONLY use COLD water. Do NOT use detergent or hot water. Cmmon - 3 tips and i had to watch unofficial videos to find out AFTER my filter permanently says it's unsealed.
Bro you have to be trolling 😂 The woman is clearly not using any detergent and are using her hands without any gloves or other protection, ie, not scolding but at best luke warm.
If you read the description of video, it describes cleaning in cold water. Sorry if you have to be spoon fed information

There’s literally subtitles. A video on cleaning a vacuum wouldn’t have subtitles for no reason.
Even though the video meant cold water, but explaining by him not to use hot water or detergent is a life saver for me.. how important it is.. they should clearly explain the NOT TO part very nicely.

Hi the two mini rollers on the above head have jammed with dog hair. I see there are 4 screws and maybe more under that have to be removed for access. Are they Torx screws and if so what sizes do I require.

How do you clean the 2 little gray wheels? I have a dog and after only 1 month of usage the wheels don't spin anymore!

I have the same issue. I can’t get the hair out of them. And their customer support told me there’s nothing they can do. “That’s not a serviceable item, and needs a technician.” I work on cars… I can handle taking a few screws out if I need to. The wheels look like they pop right out. If you look closely, the little axle they’re on has a slot in the housing where when they installed it, they inserted it into one side, then pressed it to snap into the other side. But I stuck a flat head screwdriver behind the wheel to snap it back out, but it flexes the plastic housing its installed in.
@@RandyMarsh-nu6lo I was able to remove the little gray wheels and put them back on. It was need just an insane amout of force. And yes, i also deformed a bit the plastic trying to force it out with a scrwdriver. Try to apply the force under the axle and not under the wheel itself. If you need i can make a video of me removing the wheel
Don't listen to that advice do not remove the wheels, use small tweezers to remove the hair
How do you clean my pet's fine hairs from around the two tiny rollers at the back of this bar? Can I just push those tiny rollers out someway and pull the hair off?

Are you having issues with your machine?
@@dyson Yes. The accumulated pet hair in the toilets have made it resist gliding over hardwood floors. I require instructions for removing the rollers for cleaning.

I’ve just noticed the rod you put the fluffy brush on is leaking… oil? What is wrong? I love my dyson 😢😢 I got it 2 months ago. It’s the v15 one.

La Dayson V15 molt bé però aquest problema de neteja de les rodetes grises petites fatal. Avanç amb una escombra aspiradora que tenia Taurus es podien treure molt fàcil ment i netejar. La Dayson no ho ha pensat??
how to clean the two little rubber wheels? after 1 month they are locked by dog fur and impossible to clean, it's a big flaw in the design... 🤬
Sorry to hear of the troubles! We recommend using a small scissor to cut out any wound up debris/hair. You can also use a small hair pin to get into the smaller space and clean around the wheel, as needed.

I did safely. Mine were grimy from oily kitchen floors and soap brought the rollers back to life.
