With this being on sale, i am keen to try this. Chapter one is the only Sherlock game I played and loved it, so I am curious to try the other three titles

I got this game for PS4 in 2015. I liked it a lot though I felt like in some cases the correct perpetrator had nothing solid enough to conclude with certainty. The third case for example. And you're correct about the replay value. I had the game for about six months, coming back to trophy hunt. But because I knew the true criminal in each and I had to gather clues to get the other trophies I got really bored. So I decided to trade it and get it again someday in the future when I forgot the answers. It's 2024, and I had something happen irl that affected my memory and I got it on GOG. And it's still a good game, I only remember bits and pieces of my first playthrough and only remembered the true criminal of the first case when I saw him.

Oh I definitely agree that a couple of them seem illogical or a bit of a stretch for the real perpetrator!
Yeah, I think the only way to come back to it, is with a very long time between to forget, though this is the case with basically anything that needs clues or puzzle solving.

for some reason i remembered one of hitman 3 missions where you try to solve a case in a very similar way

Do you remember which? I remember I liked the game(the whole franchise actually), but at the moment I feel like I can't remember anything from that one

@@EyesofOd I think it was the 2nd mission in hitman 3 . Yes , hitman is one of my most favorites franchises of all time i have played most of the games .

Any thoughts on, [The last case of Benedict Fox] or [Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened] totally agree, I only got threw 1 playthrough too!

Unfortunately I can't really say much, as I haven't tried them, though I was looking at the last case of Benedict fox. It looks interesting, though I've heard it suffers from some bugs (again, can't confirm or comment on the severity of them, just what I've heard)
