How do you lower androgens and testosterone etc in female? I am low in estrogen but I’m going through perimenopause. I have severe symptoms of male hormones it’s horrible 😢

What does it mean if you're a female and you have high androsterone, low testosterone, low progesterone, and high estrogen on a Dutch Test?
