Hey there,nice build bud,love the widebody kit....if can outside a fence,or and row of plants like small pine,fir trees will cut down noise,fence will reflect back other side if worried about,but still here u fine. Couple lights on poles will sort out in shop lighting. Keep up the goodness...love the shop. Peace.

Your channel has convinced to to start working on the Catalina my great grandparents bought new in 73. Can’t wait to roll around in that big old boat with air conditioning. I already have other fun cars, my 72 lemans comes to mind, but I wanted to try something less performance oriented and more just enjoyment.

hey man, you probably considered it already, but maybe for like the outside shots and stuff you could use a lavalier microphone. it doesn't pick up that much background noise, the only think is I don't think they come super cheap... for the rest, love to see you getting your own place man!

You should try using a separate mike when filming outside. Something like a mike that can connect to your phone then match up the audio when you put the vid together.

Traffic noise is reality dude. That truck going by was loud to you but not to the mic. We can hear you talking just fine. All You Tubers worry so much about background noise and it’s rarely an issue.

3m 2 part panel bond will be your best friend for sealing out the elements rather then fiberglass and flex seal.

By any chance on your kit, did you have to make cuts to the rear fender like in the video. Or any cuts at all.
That truck looks a beast..always wanted to wide body a pickup,but U.K roads are just too narrow and space for parking is a nightmare at times

With all the sanding and fiberglass work you do I feel like some heafty exhaust fans in the shop would help with all that dust.
Just a workshop in a workshop would suffice with good dust extraction.. needs a body work department and then a spray booth too

Maybe for the ease of taking it off, I'd install those push button quick releases to brackets so you can remove easier and they're cheap
