@@jamesbp It arrived today! I bought a prebuilt one with a 4070 and and i9 with 32gb of DDR4. Looking forward to getting many happy hours out of it. It’s a pretty big upgrade, my last pc had an i5-8400 with a 1660 super.
your comment about the beacon is very much appreciated. It's very frustrating sometimes when pilots are at the gate for a prolonged time with the beacon on it impedes traffic on the tarmac
I suggest using the flight control synopstic page in flightsim because they’re times where some controls such as the rudder in my case doesn’t travel fully from one side to the other requiring a reconnection of the rudders. So I’d suggest to look at that page just in case
Thank you for this amazing video. How are you able to scroll your mouse that easy ? Like turning back and closing the door? Do you use any add on or app to do that? Also, how do you pushback? Which app do you use?
It's a flying computer, they just needed a reset and then they worked again. Stuff happens, as pilots we do not always have to understand the reasons, just the solutions.
I am really enjoying these tutorials very much and learning a lot from them. Though in my opinion I would bring up the flight control page when checking flight controls. My reason if it is available why not use it. What is the harm?
The harm is that people may rely overly on the display rather than the feeling in the control column. That happened in the past and caused trouble. That's why some airlines don't want crews to use the FCTL page.
i need help. On xbox, when i am selecting different knobs (ie, speed, altitude, vspeed) the knob gets stuck and will not stop moving unless i select a different knob, and then that one does the same thing.
Well, as usual, thanks so much for the videos! Any idea why I'm getting the HYD PRESS DEM C2 and HYD PRESS DEM C1 error messages after turning on hydraliucs? I'm doing exactly as described in 4:20. Just realized that turning the C1 and C2 AIR switches from AUTO to ON and back to AUTO removes the error.
How is it that in the Airbus, the trim setting is checked and reviewed as percentage of MAC and not as the actual trim setting used (like 0.2UP) and in Boeing aircraft it's always checked as the actual position of the trim ? Like here, 4.50 ? It just seems a bit counterintuitive for me. Maybe you know why that is. 😊
how the pushback works without GSX? I saw the pushback service is gray unavailable, doing the ms2020 pushback system works shitty. at the 737 pmdg it was possible on better way how it works with 777?
I had a few issues on tablet where the gorund grew dont respond or don't remove chocks even with parking brake set, when i click them which has thrown me a few times? Not a huge fan of thier tablet so far
@@A330Driver Thanks for the reply. I actually tried that but the thumb switches don't appear to do anything. I will try again. Btw keep up the great work. Your tutorials are excellent 👍
@thenoface2771 I was having the same issue as you. I thought it was a problem with the binding of the parking brake to a switch on my bravo throttle quadrant. It turns out you have to apply some toe brake pressure (hold your toe brake button) for a few seconds, and it will properly disengage, allowing you to move the aircraft. I don't know if this is a 777 operational thing or if this is a bug. Edit: @320 Sim Pilot explains it all in this video ruclips.net/video/g-_QbjWABPE/видео.htmlsi=tzZzvZc6sS43CsAd
This engine spooling up in the cabin sounds like an ambulance siren!
Watching all these tutorials while I patiently wait for my new PC to arrive 🙃
What did you get? Building it or no?
Exciting feeling!

Thanks for providing the details. We really need these. Great video.

Great, waiting for PMDG 777 Tutorial 6!

Hello can you make a flight from Zagreb with pmdg 777
Hello! During engine start-up my plane doesn't give me the N1, it stays at 0.0 until I put the fuel control on RUN. Why?
But why did we actually get the pack fault ECAS message?!

@@A330Driver super interesting, and agree about the flying computers. Even they need to sleep sometimes!

When switching the hydraulics to auto the spoilers automatically go to full and they get stuck any help please
Great, can I ask you from where you gained the first altitude of 5000? Thanks!
Thanks! Of course you can ask ;-)
It's from the departure chart, the initial climb is given on there.

What do you use for pushback? I can only SHIFT+P straight back as it appears pmdg's fms pushback doesn't work
GSX

use on your keyboard Shift + P

I never had anything the likes, please submit a support ticket.
Hope you don't mind me asking but how do you set the pitch trim ??
No worries at all for asking a question! Use the thumbswitches on the control column.

Is anyone experiencing bugs on the aircraft mine isn’t able to start battery’s or something
For support check the PMDG forum or send them a support ticket.

"Do NOT turn the BEACON ON....."😂 it seems you've never flown to China. There a tow truck will never come to you without beacon turned on.😊
