wow wish the eyelid and tongue section was a bit slower….interesting how you combine the basic shapes with pathfinder plus the pencil tool. yes, love the pathfinder. Often use the merge tool, but seems like there are always problems….too many points (so have to “simplify), or one detail that won’t delete, no matter what. Pathfinder is So powerful with the basic shapes, I seem to always go back.
Yep, I agree, a bit slower would help. But would love to get that fast at some point.

I have a shape underneath and a shape on top. I want the shape on top to fit only inside the shape underneath. Deleting all of the excess from the shape on top.

How do you make rounding path endpoints automatic?
The circles in my color palette have rounded corners so when I use the eye dropper to select a color it automatically has the round corners

Get a leather desk mat if you don’t already have one. Helps a lot with slowing down the mouse

You can find inspiration in so many places. Recently I’ve been using inanimate objects out in the world that look like faces to create designs. You can also follow artists you love and apply certain techniques to your own work.
