Kay Introducing David

Kay honors her mentor, David, for his innovative and imaginative approach to narrative therapy over the past 20 years. She highlights his ability to connect with children, young people, and families, as well as his understanding of societal context in personal problems. His interview with the 10-year-old boy, Sebastian (featured in this course) has guided her own practice ever since seeing it in a workshop. David's narrative therapy is an art form, not a script, and she promises that learning from him will enrich one's creativity and therapeutic artistry.
