Hey, wow, that's terrific. You did great with the face and hair. It's so hard because sometimes you have to draw (sew) from the side, and that's not how you would draw a portrait. But all freehand, like the needle and your stitches are a giant pencil, excellent!!

That’s very nice,,! I trying free motion also but my upper thread many times get hooked on a bottom I can’t understand is that tension or my move, I ask few people no success, Vania can you tell me my mistake?

But when I go regular foot and stitch zigzag or straight everything ok.

Yes I'm pretty sure you can! just lower the feed dog and change the foot ( if you have the manual, they have a section explaining that in details)

Ok , so , every single aspect of this looks completely impossible to ever learn. It should be filed under magic trick expertly performed....😳
Interesting. What part of it makes you feel that way? That's a very simple and old technique. Quilters use it all the time. Give it a try! Just do some doodles. It's not that hard and very fun, I promise!

The title is misleading as the machine you are using has the ability to drop the feeddogs....therefore that is NOT a regular sewing machine that does not have that feature. I therefore thought you were going to demonstrate how to adapt a normal sewing machine to allow for free motion!
Most sewing machines have that feature! Including the old Singers from the 1940's/ 1950's. They have that for darning clothes. If yours doesn't have that feature you can get a little cover for the plate and do the free motion embroidery
I have about 12 regular sewing machines. All of them are different generations all the way back to the 50s. All of the feed dogs can drop! You ma'am are right! I'm not sure what machine Chris is using 🤷and he didn't have to be rude
