Doggonit Oliver Anthony Music Cover

I know it may seem not too long ago I uploaded a cover of “Rich Men North of Richmond” by Oliver Anthony Music. Since then he has released an album “Hymnal of a Troubled Man’s Mind” with 18 tracks that include scripture from Ecclesiastes as well. It’s been a long while since I’ve heard an artist read Bible versus’ on an album! Another reason why I like him as an artist! He not only sings songs about real pressing issues in this world but is also spreading the word of the Lord while doing so!! That is what the country music community needs more of!! Not dudes like Morgan Wallen drunkenly throwing chairs off bar rooftops and singing about being wasted. And no I’m not saying I don’t like Morgan or his music but as far as setting a good example and being a role model for our children looking up to them, I pick Oliver Anthony any day. I chose to sing a cover of this song because I feel it in my soul when I sing it. I feel like it also shows off my vocals pretty good. I’m thankful that there’s artists like him coming into the music scene. Makes me hopeful for the future! I also would like to cover his song “I Want to go Home” but I’ll save that for another day. As far as my music goes, I’m still working on my own songs, finding more public gigs, and making more plans to make my dream a reality! Make sure to follow my social media for more musical updates
