Hello, can you let me know why you locked the counter weight balance @ 18:48 after you finished tightening the adjusters and placing the cam covers on, please?
@@AjusaAutomotive I see, you're checking the timing not locking it again. One more quesiton, how many bolts used for the timing case cover and what sizes, I dropped the box of bolts and they are all mixed and I am lost, can you help please?

Hi, thanks for commenting. To know when to change the tensioner or timing chain on a V6 engine, you need to look out for several signs. If you hear clunking or knocking noises, or notice loss of power and difficulty starting, it could be a sign that the tensioner or chain is failing. Also, if the chain shows excessive slack or there is oil leaking from the tensioner, it's time to replace them. It's also important to follow the manufacturer's mileage recommendations, usually between 150,000 and 200,000 km. Kind regards

Hi John! To remove the bolt or bushing that holds the chain plastic to the cylinder head, you will need a suitable wrench to loosen it. The wrench needed can vary depending on the engine model and the size of the bolt or bushing, but a socket wrench or adjustable wrench usually works fine. Kind regards

Hi! After tightening all the screws, we turn the engine 1 turn and then check the correct timing again with this tool. Kind regards

Can u imagine leaking oil from the timing case cover because not enough gasket maker 😅 why not just create a gasket for the timing case

This engine is pure garbage, you cant work on it, fuel filter you remove 100 bolts pipes etc, glad i sold mine , never again
