On DJ rusticle’s app can you download it to your phone and then use a cord for Apple CarPlay? I bought his USB drive, but I really don’t like how my car doesn’t search through the tracks very well… It’s confusing and would rather have the app.
I stream my music through Amazon Music HD through my phone and it's clean but, in order for it to sound good I have to connect the usb-c cable directly to my cars head unit. You can't beat high resolution Lossless audio.
@@scottiffanimccord1509 Ultra HD or High Resolution Audio is the best way to listen to music because it's exactly the way the music was recorded. So it you don't have a head unit that can read Lossless Audio, you won't hear a difference.
Love you videos Jerry ain't loud, I know how much you hate the skar EVL (which I purchased 3 of them before I learned they were inefficient. Well I've been bumping two of them I just put a 3rd in there and OMG. You need to hear my car. You say they don't bump, I beg to differ my friend!!!!. Switching my EVL put for my next upgrade which was going to be G2 genesis but of course out of stock,do not want to buy from ebay
Ya I have apple music but very time I download a song I download it to my phone itself an so then it doesn’t use data. So if I don’t have service or something then I’m good. So I’m not streaming it. I didn’t even kno about that till this video that streaming can be bad. It’s good I have always downloaded em straight to my phone so it doesn’t use data an shit. Thanks for all ur knowledge man fr!! I learn so much watching ur vids !!!
"music on streaming apps is clipped" uhh no the db level of the bassline on songs will vary largely and even if a song used a square wave as a bassline its not going to kill equipment synths make some wild looking wave forms if you got a track and high passed it and looked at all the information 100hz up its going to have a wild looking wave form. the main advantage from rebassed music is you know what db level the bassline will be at and you can pick a song that has been modified to play better around what your system does best at. in saying all that with a big system im careful never know when you will come across a song that has been mixed like dog shit. "download mp3 and put it on usb you are good to go" youtube does compress and do its own normalization is it terrible no actually its not that bad playing music off of youtube isnt going to kill your system if that was the case everyones shit would be blowing up its fine to play music off of youtube if its from a channel that is trust worthy or if the song was mixed well for the get go the main issue is where people tune their systems at -5 -6 -7 etc then play normal not rebassed music full tilt thats where the issues rise i personally set all my rebasses around the -5 -6 mark and i know when i get in my car what sub level out on my headunit makes it so i dont clip but then when i play normal music i change that so i clip at -2db.
I also have a big (160+) system and play almost all of my music from RUclips. Although I try to download it first. (I have RUclips red) I also run Taramps amps and have the clip meter I watch on the dash. No issues.

I use the same thing but it's probably crap like he said.
