Rob I very much agree with this. My family have been trying to get me to do this for years. Dropping in little hints, sitting me down with a heart to heart and even holding a full on intervention. I have finally decided to take the step and sadly this is the wall I am hitting :( x
I don't get why NHS doctors make it so long winded get meds, don't they realise it takes a lot to get someone with ADHD in front of them....

Great video, was told there's a 2-3 year waiting list for ADHD referrals...
It saddens me to say that that is a good thing… because I have been told 5 years! You may just get yours a couple of years quicker than me! 😂 x
Mine was just 6 months after I did right to choose through Psychiatry UK.
