What speed is the mixer on?

I don't usually use my mixer any higher than medium. So it was probably between low and medium. It's really powerful and will throw flour everywhere. Thank you so much for watching my video. Please consider subscribing.

You didn't tell us how to preheat hover

Thanks so much for watching. If I’m understanding correctly you would need to preheat oven to 400 degrees. I’m sorry if I don’t say it in the video, however it’s listed in the description if that’s helpful. Please consider subscribing and check out some of my other videos.

How did they taste? Were they like the SS rolls? What was the inside like? Was it fluffy like the store bought? Oh, and how many did it make?

They taste wonderful, they tasted just like SS rolls to me. Inside was nice and fluffy but not biscuit soft. They were different sizes bc I decided to make some of mine sliders and mini rolls. If you make them sister Schubert size maybe 12 but I made minis so I had a bunch and froze them.

Maybe next time don't roll the dough so thin and cut in larger squares. We learn by out trial and error. 🌺

Could you freeze the dough, or maybe bake them less, so you can bake then again like the store bought rolls?

I usually bake them all the way the first round and then keep them in the freezer. When I’m ready to have them with a meal, I stick them in the toaster oven for about 5 or so minutes to thaw out and warm up
