Jim Hutton joins up again with Connie Francis inthis second follow-up film. Connie plays Libby Caruso, a frustrated singer cum inventor who set her sights on lanky but disinterested Paul Davis (Hutton).While pushing her invention, "The Lady Valet", on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, Libby suddenly finds her singing career reignited. Celebrity guest-stars are packed into the film - including Where the Boys Are vets Paula Prentiss, George Hamilton, and Yvette Mimieux, all playing themselves! Looking for Love has NEVER been available on home video before, and to sweeten the sonic treats, we are presenting it in STEREO for the first time!

Great movie, great clip by the Queen of Song, Ms. Connie Francis. If you are musically-minded, then having this film in your collection is a must. There are half a dozen great songs by Connie, who puts more than her heart into these numbers. The songs include: Tik Tok, By my love, Looking for love, This is my happiest moment, Lets have a party tonight and the top hit-parader: Love of my dreams. This film is a must-watch.
Just watched this for the first time while I’m here in the hospital. I enjoyed it very much!

I absolutely love Connie Francis, and have since i was a teen. Same with Engelbert Humperdinck. I still go to his shows. It’s terrible what happened to Connie. It damn near destroyed her.

I did a demo ballroom dance to this song, it is a good foxtrot. My partner wore a beautiful bouffant competition gown, she was going to wear a bouffant Connie Francis dress but tailor has yet to finish it prior to our exhibition date.

I liked what critic Leonard Maltin said of "Looking for Love" -- "They should have looked for a script instead...."
Then Maltin is a hack .
This is a great movie , and Connie won a comedy actress award for it .

Carson said this movie was being transferred to flammable nitrate film. Now I believe it.
Then why don't you go and watch hacks like Madonna , Mariah Carey and Streisand .
