Awesome vid! Jam-packed with great info. Best part for me is when you say "...if I could only have one...". Duo and other brands have such a wide selection with colours and sizes, sometimes it's hard to make a choice, especially when you're just starting out with a new technique. I don't know if you'll see this as I am watching this mid June , when you make reference to you leader length ; double the pole length. Are you then casting with a pole length or so from tip of rod? Not judging just looking for clarification . Thank you for your content and advice.
I cast with maybe 12-18in of line out. I haven’t had any issues reeling the knot into the spool so far
How do you guys feel about the new 7’6 zillion spinning rod with stinger tip for this?
I really like the 7’3M in the zillion for this . they fish light imo

Depends for the Duo I do not. For the Nishine I always do. My recommendation is to fish it how it comes out of the pack and adjust from there. With the Baby Abino it comes with a snap and I’ve just grown fond of it👊
