I loved the podcast last night, fellas. I really hope you all keep that going. The Hookup Tackle is by far, my favorite RUclips channel/tackle shop/social media experience, etc... You guys are just awesome!
First off I love your videos and friendly knowledge for fishing gear that being said I Really wish y’all would do more budget friendly lists I know y’all support Megabass a lot and I get it (great products) and JDM products too which I love… however more gear (rods/reels) recommendations that under >$200-$300 as recommendations would be helpful for the consumer market that are not able to buy $400-1k rod/reels each time they want to get technique specific gear. A Good example would be tacticalbassins Chanel they normally do budget, mid, and high end reviews or suggestions for all if not most technique specific or all around purpose fishing gear reviews. Keep up the good videos love the Channel..
You have taken us on a level with different horizon. Something very new to us and yet it has been around for a while. thank you for widening our vision on the water. Big cheers Hook Up from Australia.
The 60 Grade A comes with a feather treble, but for the larger models I like to put a blade treble at the back. Gives that extra flash as it spins. Straight retrieve, and the fish just bite it! For my medium power setups, I love throwing the 72 Alpha and 100. For my BFS setup, the 60 Grade A and the 80 shallow are my faves.
Also, if you throw them on 12lb mono, they are killer subsurface baits for may/june schooling smallmouth here in michigan. Great topwater alternative that you can absolutely bomb at blow-ups.
Great video! How about in current? Not fast, river currents, but for inshore saltwater. I.e. rising and falling tides. Speckled Trout and Flounder love current seams and a small mullet imitation is great.
The knockoffs like the jackall and the lucky craft screw pointer dont seem to have that rolling action the duo does. That bait is killer on great lakes smallmouth

Thanks for such a thorough clinic on "Spybaiting". I am pleasantly surprised by how many presentation styles can be considered with this bait. 👏🏿👏🏿🎣
Niches get twitches
Thanks for another seminar fellas 🤜
Great video! I've been wanting more information about the spin bait models I have the new 1/4oz and 3/8oz

Hey guys, the new Vanquish.. Is the best spinning reel ever made for bass fishing, IMO. Please talk about it a little.

That’s a badass Realis jersey you’re wearing on the boat in Japan…Is it available anywhere?
Great info. Really enjoyed the podcast last night. What bait was on that BR head you had on the rod in the video. Thanks
I think I will try these on the Flyssa, needing another technique for the rod!
"SILENT CAPTURE" is definitely a Duo realis term.
I love the spinbait 90. I throw it on an expride 7'2 bfs rod with a steez ct sv. I just hate the hook set on a spinning rod
In your commercial that dude in the grey jacket is that Griff is it the guy in Florida catch a 14 I think it was or less or more
Wasn't the g fix tuned with smaller propeller blades compared to the original 80?
Optimum bait color is a neverending puzzle for all.
you got me Ben!! order placed. I might change my kayak name to Silent Capture, hahaha..(less political than current name)
Where can I get the kick ass Daiwa shirt ?
The original into was fire.... What have y'all done 😢
