Worked on mine 2004 1.8 manual vectra C lowest trim level. Sourced out two from a 2006- diesel 1.9 and 2.0. Struggled a bit first but it worked successfully. One switch did not work but the other did. Since it`s canbus and each switch is probly coded, I got lucky I think. Video showed everything that needed to be added or changed. I used a copy of Op-com to activate cruise.
this was very video helpful 1.5mm allen key does the job I took the plastic cover off once it was off my car and sprayed the hell out of it with electrical cleaner and used a clean cloth to remove the muck it worked after that.
People still can`t understand that the connection wire for the clutch is built into the harness. Mine is a 2004 comfort (lowest trim level) and it still has it. It was xipped to wire loom a cm over clutch pedal.
Does the job look the same for fitting/activating traction control? Buy a traction control button, remove blank plate from dashboard where other button would be, plug new button in, plug in Op-Com, activate TCM...?
Just did this programming on my other 2005 2.2 DIR automatic. This has a info display (TID or GID etc) and higher trim level. Op-com says it was a 2004 model while selecting a 2005 model only worked. Struggled a lot with this since there was about 20 error codes on EGR, CIM and instrument panel section. Not sure if they are even related. Doing the test sequence failed on cruise control buttons. Altho I can confirm it works, tested it while driving. Also show a green indicator light in dashboard. No need for clutch switch.

You just need to buy the Cruise Control Stalk £15. You don't need the clutch control pedal. Mine is automatic so I know this. After that you need to buy on ebay the Op-com CD sofware with the USB interface £15. and follow this video instruction. Is very easy. Just 10 minutes

What is the software that you are using to activate? Is it official Opel software or other?
