Unfortunately about 90% of us will go through this just like the film. Everything starts off like heaven but slowly it turns to hell. Life is sooo complicated and it can get worse than this story in the movie when someone dies. You are left feeling numb and want the past back, but it doesn’t come back and you have to go on living and.. pretend everything is ok now, when in reality it isn’t.. life’s hard, very hard.
It doesn't get realer than this movie. This, this right there is the reality of love millions of people experience at some point in their life and it's the first movie that showed this as raw as possible - the deterioration of love. Not the birth. Not the catastrophe. But the slow decline in communication, escalating in resentment, the unspoken, the unfelt. Until the moment where the cracks collapse and the now starts feeling like the past. Incredibly important movie.
Man i hated everything for a while after i watched this movie
A total heartbreaker, but man it makes you feel.
never seen the movie just watched this clip and i'm terrified of watching it now. lol
@@kr0nzit’s a sad story, especially if you’re a man. It’s realistic though 😢
You try so hard to fix things, but nothing works and then this moment inevitably comes. I saw this movie for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it definitely made me feel something man.
Man. I just saw this movie. I am going through this right now. It’s horrible.
This is exactly how it feels.
Gut wrenching film. I hated her so much, but at least she didn't go through with the abortion. That salvaged her character in my eyes. But damn, what more did dude need to do to prove his love for her? Such a dark, depressing, but brilliant movie.
Ikr, after that much of sacrifice and care from that dude, idk what else she needed, is it money? Still confused and the film is brilliant, how it shows the mixed present and past 🥺
Why would you hate her?
He shouldn’t have caused that scene at the hospital
@@coryjacobs3253 There are many things that we all shouldn't have done. Love means loving and forgiving all wrongs. Unless he was physically or emotionally abusing her. But he wasn't. He was flawed and human, but he loved that girl so much. Good luck finding anyone else that will love her as deeply.
@@Shambles99 What's to like about her? She was irresponsible in her sex life, indecisive, emotionally distant, and lacked a considerable amount of self-knowledge, accountability and foresight. Dean is flawed but she's certainly no saint.
I agree! He really loved her and was a great dad. He was uncomplicated yet talented. She wanted a puppet on a string.
He was very complicated, and hard work. Lol. Childish and needy.
@@lauramuldoon4074lol u go to all the videos of the film and copy paste your silly comment. 😂 He was a good father and she was a lying manipulator just like you probably
@@lauramuldoon4074 of course the woman is never to blame.
@SerbianLifter997 didn't say she didn't play a big part in their demise, but the number of people glorifying a toxic, abusive man, is pretty sickening.
@@lauramuldoon4074 nobody is glorifying. You do alot of projecting you should work in a cinema
