Hi Ola, I love your channel and I never missed any of your faq. It has been a while since last tone video with Carcass Heartwork. In this video you used Solar signature model for Morbid Angel, have you considered doing their tone video? That would be cool. Covenant, Domination Gateways to Anihilation are their best work in my opinion. Keep on doing greate content!

It's rough starting your own channel I started mine about 8 months ago and had no idea how to display my interest in music. I took this RUclips course on algorithms and how to set up wording,hashtags and description. Within the last week I had quadrupled the amount of people that have seen my videos .\m/. And I display all of my originals as singles instead of smashed onto one video so there's more of me to display on the platform. Now people are able to experience everything you have this way. An yes from watching "Ola" I've learned a lot and paying attention to how he answers questions and what he says to people's comments, there's a lot to learn it is tough" Rock on and good luck to everyone"!.

And random Haunted show memory, standing right up front at the barrier at a The Haunted gig at Hultsfreds festivalen 2003 or 2005 and thinking ”this will be awesome” and forgetting that i had a broken rib (beer helped with that) and as the first cord rang out i was stuck to the barrier due to the crowd and could not move, just trying to headbang and man i felt that the day after in my ribs 😂 but so worth it!

Question: i’m a solo artist experimenting with eight string guitar. When writing songs with it I have a really hard time figuring out something for the bass to do. Other than copying Meshugga, any suggestions?

Hi Ola, I’m a recent subscriber and I just wanted to say your videos are awesome and kick ass, keep up the good work. I’m a huge long time Dimebag fan and guitar player and I love all the Pantera cover videos especially with tabs. My question for your next FAQ is: any plans to come to Canada, specifically Toronto for any shows, clinics etc? It would be awesome to meet you for a quick picture or to try out one of your solar guitars if possible.
My favorite Cardigans stuff are their Black Sabbath covers. Amazing transformations. Wish they had done a whole album that way.
Hey Ola, do you use the stock Evertune saddles when you're in lower tunings? I wanted to put mine in C standard and every string except for the first string would accept the lessened tension.

Ola, you aren't just some guitar player either. I think part of your success is you are entertaining. You aren't just on here playing guitar. You have fun segments and gimmicks and you're funny. It just works. I stumbled on your page when I was searching for some inspiration to get playing again and I watched your video on how to make good riffs. You had some great insights and also I thought you were funny as shit. I especially enjoyed the end when you gave the secret riff making technique. I was dying laughing and had to see what else you had going on and now I'm a subscriber. AND while I never really listened to the haunted or Feared before, i checked them out and now they are in my shuffle. Not only do you entertain me, but I've bought a new guitar, a bass a new amp, and I'm planning to make a small studio in my basement which is all mostly inspired by you. Keep up the good work!

Hey Ola, what is the nearest equivalent within the Seymour Duncan lineup of the Duncan Solar pickups? I love the sound and response of them, though I'm not big on the reverse headstock aesthetic of your Solar guitars.

I'm sure it was covered before but why did you move away from Washburn with the Solar range? I had some real trouble getting a Washburn Solar V in the UK that wasn't damaged and have wondered since if there were production issues that may have been related to the switch.

OlA. Im jamming with a jcm 800 2204 and a FEW bc rich. A standard e warlock, a drop b mockingbird st and a c# kkv neck thru... i tried a revv g3 and it hisses like mad . Worse on the boost mode on the guitar .... but seriously loud hiss all around especially on the aggression modes... did you find the same?

On the new A1.7, there's no tone knob for a coil tap, but it says the switch is a 5 way. I assume the extra two positions are where the coil taps are, but what does each position do exactly?

Ola I have a Katana head and have been tweaking it in various ways. Have you ever tried boost, overdrives with a compressor right after the amplifier instead of say in front of the amplifier? Have you ever tried a boost, overdrive and compressor after the preamp and before the power section on a real amp?
