Absolutely loved your answer about expensive guitars. I own 9 guitars...most were from $2000 to $4000 guitars, and believe it or not, at this moment, my 2 favorite guitars are my $800 Schecter and my $700 Ibanez...For me, in order for a guitar to stay in my studio, it has to actually do something for me that inspires me in one way or another. If it doesnt, its gone...as a 40+year player, it took me a long time to realize cost is NEVER the factor that makes a guitar worth keeping. great answer my friend... young guys HAVE to know that quality can be great at $1000 even less....
Blaydrnnnr - I have a guitar of around half a thousand Dollars and it's the best one I have, with the rest basically being more expensive. - Sure, I made some changes that added to the cost, but I do that for almost all guitars I have. - This guitar was also designed by an ex Gibson designer, but then working with an Indonesian company, and he also literally claimed you pay for the name on the headstock. - Is the quality a little different?... Sure, but the quality of this thing is also great in terms of playability, sound, finish, and so on. - It's just not as fancy as perhaps a Gibson or what have you. - But why bother with a show piece if you're going to play the hell out of it.
Blaydrnnnr schecter is killing it with their more high end models (and certain expensive brands are just ridiculous and banking on people still being interested in paying for vintage ”mojo” - im betting that demographic is getting smaller)
No question, just a response to your ending comment, no problem mate. We thank you back. We enjoy your vids and as along as you enjoy what you'r doing.. then keep 'em coming. Oh yeha, Flashback is awesome. (except those annoying morphing blue dudes in the last level.)
Man, whenever you answer questions related to parenthood, it just makes me admire you even more. Parenthood also made total sense to me, so your answer just made my day. You have a beautiful family. Congrats, man! Oh, and thank you for your excellent content!
I have always enjoyed watching your content. Ever since the days of you pretty much having the only decent videos with the Engl Blackmore on RUclips. Thank you for all that you do, Ola! Cheers from the States!
Hey Ola, i've been watching your videos for a little over a month now and I have to say they have quickly become the first videos I watch when I get on youtube. You're a cool dude and very entertaining! Hope to see many more videos man!

242,000 subs??? That's awesome! I enjoy this channel because I like how you show that just cuz you're a metal guitarist doesn't mean you have to be a huge scary guy biting the heads off chickens. You keep your channel alive by the way you let your personality shine through and you show your love for your family. I just subscribed recently and already learned a lot from your FAQ videos. Thanks a million from Vermont, USA!!!!!
Ola, I bought a V2.6 and I must say it's the best guitar ive ever owned! The pick ups are smokin and the craftsmanship is impeccable! I will play nothing but solar guitars and will be getting a 7 string very soon! Thank you so much!!

Hey Ola, nice to hear you have a new batch ot Solar is coming out. Really hope that in time your company will grow so you can then have also a model for players on the budget. There are tons of players out there that would love to have one of these in a more confortable price range.
You're awesome too Ola, that's why I watch your videos all the way through. You remind me of my drummer, and he's a cool dude, so what's not to love? And since games come up alot, you ever get into strategy games? I've been getting hooked on Hearts of Iron 4.
As a degenerate AND one of your "most awesome viewers", I'd like to say you ducking rock and your channel is one of the best channels on this ducking platform. Keep being Ola, Ola!

I still remember the good old days when Ola didn't talk in his videos and we had star guests such as Victoria Beckham and Matt Damon doing recording tutorials. Love you Ola!
Mate. I've been watching your videos since you started. You deserve more recognition in my opinion. I like the new Interactive format. Keep up the good work. Greetings from Australia. P.S maybe you could do a Solar guitar or Randall Satan giveaway? Just some food for thought.
Just saw your faq about your dog, and i just wanna extend my condolences. My sister just had to put down one of her dogs cuz he had cancer, and as hard as it was, he would be in pain if she hadn't. I just wanted to share that with you and say that when you start feelin sad about him, just remember he's all better now. #ripbosse
Hey Ola. I decided to purchase the red solar guitar which will be dedicated for playing all of my favorite sub genres of death metal. Speaking of, I highly recommend you check out a band called Duskmourn from Minnesota, which is like the Sweden of America. All my love, -Eric.
Great band, I will listen more, I believe you have something going there, I felt at home in the great "The Frozen Mire" video, it could have been Sweden, good atmosphere. My father's grandfather moved to Minnesota, lived and worked there for about 15 years but moved back to Sweden and bought a farm. Greetings from Sweden
MrMakatech glad you like them so far! My great grandfather was Norwegian, moved to Sweden and married my great grandma, then they moved to Minnesota and had a family. I wish I could live in Sweden. Someday I will visit for sure! Cheers!

Hola Ola, Why you hate natural finish on guitars? I really like the design and features of solar guitars but a natural finish is a must for me. I think a swamp ash body with natural finish would be a nice add to the offer of solar guitars!
Your videos are awesome. I am saving up cash to get a Solar guitar right now. Can't decide which one I want though. I've never owned a V before, maybe now is the time..
ola, your FAQs are simply the best! please keep doing it! as soon as i saved enough money (and convinced my my girlfriend that another one is totally needed) i will definitely buy one solar guitar. be blessed by the mighty chicken and all hail to the cheese. hakuna matata
Hey ola do you have any tips for a solo musician? I write and record all my own music but I never seem to progress anywhere do you have any tips? Awesome video as always man stay awesome :)
Hej Ola, After your last Vlog from the boat and seeing how compact and effective your rig was,i am thinking of buying an Ax8 and couple it with my seymour duncan power stage 170 for a flyrig. Thanks for the great content and videos. Cheers from Stockholm.
Hi Ola. About the song Cutting Teeth; the riff around 2:27 to 2:37 is a total badass old school Swedish death metal riff, which somehow is different from the usual The Haunted type of riffs. So since Exit Wounds was your first album with the band, was that riff your idea or was it Patrik's or Jonas's?... Any chance you can play it with the Boss HM2 pedal for us?... Thanks for everything you're doing. Stay awesome.
Hola Ola. First off, I wanna say thank you for rekindling my love for Randall amps! A while back you posted a picture of a Randall Warhead. When are we gonna see a video with it?
Hi Ola, really like your channel. Keep up your good work. Have you considered making live guitar clinics and when will you be visiting Canada for live shows?
First Ola, I really am diggin the V Logs! Question is, are you going to put out a video or digital download of The Haunteds recent live gigs? (V log tours) The audio is great and it would be cool to be able to listen to it. Repeatedly. Please?
Goeiedag Ola! It seems that the guitar community knows little of the great Shawn Lane, how do you rate him and do you like his music? Such an underrated guitarist! Nicolas
Ohila Ola! I'm your new follower from Italy. U're awesome! Awesome and interesting channel *\m/* I'm proud to have warmed the stage of The Haunted with my band at TAO fest 2002: a box of beers for our Triple Recto for Anders was a worthy barter hahahah. Cheers!

Hi Ola, Loving the increased quantity and quality of your content. I've been following your channel for a while and only now realised that I have not yet subscribed - please accept my humble apologies; I have immediately corrected this inexcusable blunder. Your audience always asks you the questions, but is there anything that you want to know about the fan base?

Of course I finished it. Great awesome game
Hey Ola, I always wanted to hear you demoing the ENGL Special Editions (6L6 and EL34).. but it never happened
Any chance of seeing you play those someday, and the Savage, perhaps some of the new models that have been coming out, too?
A shootout including camera mic sounds would be awesome (like your demo of the Krank RevJr50, which was really thorough, to hear the amp without any processing, and the different knobs and controls being manipulated/reacting in the room)
Your ENGL videos are generally kind of old, it'd be interesting to see an update
Cheers
Holy shit. That MGS alert had me laughing so hard it hurt lol. Well done.
Ola touring the USA anytime soon??? It would be great to stand on your side of the stage and get a pick!! Lol love the videos keep it going.
9:00 Hey Ola, I just have to ask you, you said 2k$ is your top price for a guitar and I totally agree, but because we're Dimebags huge fans, both of us, would that price count for a USA Washburn Dime? They are pretty fucking rare, no longer in production, and as I saw in many reviews, posts and forums pretty damn good! Also, just out of curiosity, I didn't see any Dean. Do you have one?
Love your video's Ola, Best regards from Denmark :D
Heya Ola. Can you talk a bit about your string rake technique technique when you are soloing? I’d love to hear you break it down.
Dude.... Flashback. I've been looking for that game forever.
Hi ola, i really enjoy your faq vídeos and love to see your band live somethime soon...do you guys have any plan to come to south América? Cheers from Córdoba, Argentina!!!!!!
Hi Ola!! Best live show ever seen?
Damn that saskatchawan part got me laughing the hell out. I agree on not spending 2 to 3 thousand dollars on guitars. Id rather spend like 500-1000 dollars on a guitar and 200-500 to modifying it. Great video man. 👍
