You should look up Fit Body boot camp. I hate the gym and just do cardio and end up getting anxiety and leaving. Well at fit body you just do what they say along with everyone. The energy is so good and they play awesome music and pump you up. Also I just started 4 weeks ago and already look like I been at it for a year. It’s awesome.
