Correction and clarification regarding mosquito species and their diseases: Aedes mosquitoes are the carriers of many viral diseases including Zika, dengue, chikungunya, yellow fever, and Rift Valley disease.
Anopheles mosquitoes are best known for spreading malaria, although they can transmit other diseases as well.

Hey! Fellow Assamese here. I just wrote a similar experience on the comments about my experience with Tulsi and mosquitos. I guess our mosquitos are very resilient. Nothing seems to kill them. Tried every method in the book except the biopesticide called "Biocide-S" which kills mosquito larvae. Couldn't find it here.

I am from kolkata, India. I have facing the same problems with house lizard. But now I have realized the main issue is not lizard but other creatures like cockroach, house fly, spider etc . Clean your area specially kitchen sink and toilet properly. If the roaches stop growing, lizards never come again your house. This habit is very fruitful for my house at least. 😊

Hi there! I’ve been having trouble with the Scale insects and Aphids on the Jade. Also larva like insects in the soil.
Sometimes too many ants can be found in the flowers like hibiscus.
Some insects like ladybugs help to keep harmful insects away. These may be helpful in the gardens if not in the house.
It would be wonderful to know about them and any natural ways of keeping the good ones and getting rid of the bad ones.

Hi Ekta, I am an Agricultlral Entomologist graduated from Banaras Hindu University. You have not mentioned about the main plant "citronella " which is the mosquito repellent plant. And as per my knowledge marigold helps to reduce nematodes in soil.

Beetles ! I'm terrified of them . Wasp too . On the first night I bought my plants I noticed these two insects flying around my balcony including a moth . I screamed so loud and ran inside . I even turned off the light .to make sure they weren't being attracted to my porch because of the lit light .
But now it's Ben day number 5 and I have not seen anything creepy looking flying around my porch .
So was it my screams or perhaps the marigold that is keeping them away ?

Nice. Wish I had seen this video before wasting money for an online purchase of Citronella. Poor thing, it did seem to get stronger for a week after planting. But later it just died. 🤔 Strangely a Covid-19 hospital van was parked in front of house that day. Looks like it got Corona 😁

Simply add mix of turmeric and cinnamon powder to the top soil of your plant!
      And it's done.

Hi Ekta, my mint roots are sprouted, but once place in mud, all of them die out. How do i go about addressing this issue. Understand mint might be at state of shock moving from water to sand completely.

Hi...can you make a video on how to care for marigold. The amt of water required, sunlight exposure, soil needed, climate suitable for its growth and well-being..etc
Also, for Lavender plant. Because I heard it's quite fragrant and also one of the mosquito-repellimg plants.
