      When it comes to back pain, there are more or less universal approaches. Tensioned muscles will be resolved or core exercises will be applied, but in my personal opinion, the most important thing is to restrict the movement of the waist a lot, educate and exercise so that the hips and thoracic vertebrae can be used a lot, and improve related things. Regarding this, I think we should proceed in the form of an educational video, but since we are still planning, we will have to produce a video related to it later. ㅠ

    Hola, quería preguntar estos ejercicios los tengo que hacer solo una vez al día o lo puedo repetir para obtener mejores resultados? Si se puede repetir lo hago seguido o podría hacerlo en la mañana, tarde, noche. saben si es mejor hacerlo en la mañana o en la noche o no tiene. Relevancia los horarios y por último estos ejercicios los puedo hacer todos los días o es necesario intercalar diferentes zonas del cuerpo cada día. Si alguien me podría contestar le estaré muy agradecido

      I personally recommend doing 3 sets once every 3 days. It would be nice to do aerobic exercise such as back muscle training and running, which are lacking on other days. It is recommended that you exercise when you feel your body is in the best condition. It can be seen as the best time to exercise performance.

      The period may vary depending on the body fat percentage and body type, but if you maintain a body fat percentage of 12 to 15%, you can expect to improve the condition of your abs enough with 3 weeks of training. It's a short time to expect an increase in the size of the abdominal muscles, but you can expect a good enough condition with improved muscle endurance and training.

      I'm currently working as a trainer, so I'm controlling what I eat. I mainly take in protein from pork and chicken breast, and take carbohydrates from multigrain rice. If I have time later, I want to make a video about nutrition intake and energy consumption, but I'm careful because it will affect the channel algorithm, so I'm planning to make it a membership video.
