    Loved how to the point this was, no fluff, but still interesting and engaging! Great editing and also, god props to you for doing those workouts consecutively!!! I just tried it yesterday and my legs and abs are sore from that. But kind of excited to try it more now that I’ve seen you do it!!! Thanks again for this!!

    I love the le sserafim workout video of yours too for giving helpful tips on posture throughout the workout. I have been doing this workout every day for about 3 weeks now and also noticed how hungry I would get. I was starting to get headaches, developed insomnia and would feel dizzy sometimes. What helped me was increasing my calories by a couple hundred every day, or sometimes I just needed to every other day.

      Thanks for sharing!! Pls stop or take breaks when you feel headaches!!! I’m so glad this video is helpful. I really like this workout too and still do it when I’m not inspired to do anything else it’s like my muscle memory workout now hahaha.

    I mean, training abs won’t slim your waist, on the contrary, it’ll make it thicker, cuz just like any other muscles, you train it it’ll undergo hypertrophy. Diet + cardio could slim your waist by lowering overall bodyfat level, spot reduction is impossible, but given you were already fairly slim to begin with, I don’t think you can or should go much lower.

    its all about reducing fat. if you are just strong, the muscles don't show like that, but if you reduce body fat then even if you didnt train much its gonna show some muscles. that said, its not that healthy to reduce body fat for no reason haha xD

    Thank you for your honesty, I've been searching to see if the work out works, but most girls in the before photo you can see they're trying to make their belly big and then they are just slim

      No worries! This workout works for me even this video shows its kinda minimal effect haha. But I do recommend it!!!! I’m still doing it and it has changed my fitness level and body

    I do le seerfim without+ jk workout l do also chloe thig program (legs) and l do Waist exercise and full body exercises But the results of these exercises are crazy

    I want to do this, but I can't diet you know ,I don't know anything about protein intake per day and calorie deficit, still I could get results????plz tell me I'm female I forgot to mention😂

      You will still get results if you just keep eating how you normally eat cuz now you exercise more :) drink lots of water!

      Also depends what result you wanna see? If you workout you will definitely be more toned! So you will look thinner even your weight is same. But if you wanna be super thin then need more control on diet

      depends on where you want to build muscle? if you want abs then this would still help but add weight + eat protein and clean are very important! if you want to build muscles elsewhere like arms this will not help :) good luck!

      There is a lot of movement in this workout which will likely cause weight loss. Look towards weight lifting and a high-protein diet instead.

      Maybe you can search for some people who make videos with like diets with much calories and protein and built their muscle through it, I hope this helps

    Dear TingTing Hu :)
    In my opinion, its hard to achieve the perfect body shape like, 6 pack abs, eating favourite foods but not gaining weight, slim arm, slim leg etc are just our dream. But like as a general people it's hard for us to achieve the Pinterest inspired aesthetic body shape. I'm also trying to achieve the 6 pack, but i can see only 1 pack. Oh and after eating it's gonee (loll) sometimes i told myself its okay not achieving the abs, but workout regularly, we are not the celebrities, the gym trainers, we r different who leads their life in general way. Nowaday, a trend coming like tracking calories, this will make people mental one day, m i right?. I sometimes compare myself to others who have the perfect body shape, and mentally depressed and cry so lot that i dont have that. Nevermind plz, just tell cuz wanna share w u.

      Dear Mahfuza,
      In my opinion, you are right. Our life is not about how we look, we need to work, love, make friends, and enjoy life. Celebrities and gym trainees are the look they are, a lot of it is because it is their job and they have all the resources and time to focus on this look. I used to calorie count and that made me depressed about my life, I lost my period and thought I would never be happy about how I look. Totally clapping my hands about what you said 'it's okay not achieving the abs, but workout regularly.' I actually think that's all that matters, to stay healthy and find a way to move our bodies that makes us happy.

      It will in combination with good diet!!!!! I hate diet and never allow myself to do it, so I’d recommend add extra cardio like 10k step walks or 30min running/cycling whatever or 1hr dancing to lose weight :) and take it easy, no stress pls cuz stress hormones doesn’t help weight loss🫰🏼

    Im 16 and around 55 kg so by cutting off junk food and doing this workout will I be able to loose weight easily?

      I think you’d lose weight by doing this workout and eating healthy yes :) but it’s not easy 🥹 make sure you find a way to keep doing this for at least a month to see some changes :)

      i'd say yes.. i'm kinda skinny myself :) but with caution, regardless of body figure gonna be careful when working out!! warm up and cool down and listen to your body!!
