I dont think GHF gets enough credit as one of the most informational and educational watch enthusiats on RUclips. Obviously his channel is tailored towards GShocks but thats the beauty in it. The quality of his content and the effort that he puts into each one of his videos is nothing short of outstanding. I just want to say thank you and i hope you keep up with the content.
Still has enough functions for the average person, most don’t use half of them anyways.

This is the best quality, no-BS, everyday watch for the money. If you’re on the fence about this or a cheaper “functions” G, get this. An accurate trustworthy watch is crucial and the phone finder function is one of the best functions you can have on a watch, imo. It’s been a game changer for me.
The lower end Gs are way different and cannot compare to the quality of the GST-B100 or any of the connected versions. I’m kinda glad I bought this before I bought too many cheaper function based Gs because the batteries are dead in all my older ones except the GA700SE.
The paw was the charm, this watch looks awesome, it remind of a tag huer, I was sad about the price and the functions, glad you make a video. Hope you get some ga700 it is my favorite
Ive had this watch for years now, metal strap though.
I have lost count of the amount of times I have used the flashlight..
Only stays on for a second or so, but its like a unlimited use source of light.
Definitely my favourite feature.

Love the size, love the Bluetooth function. Don't need any more "fireworks". Got already 3 g-shock, one is 15 year old, solar and stil working fine.

I just got my first G-Shock, a 9400-1B Blacked out Rangeman and love it. The watch in your video above will be my second G-Shock. Then I will have 2 awesome watches.

If you can get over the pink Bluetooth button. I had to return and will stick with the Mudmaster.

Thx for the review...i just got one too :), also, i would like to check with you the battery indicator when full- should be all back when i press D button- not red..the latest G shock connect software will show the battery indicator at top left.

Nice review. I already have a MRG G1000GD and the size is perfect. I'm looking at a second G-Shock and this seems to be a very decent one. My question is, is this watch significantly bigger than the MRG model I have, or it's about the same? Thanks.

I agree with that statement of it being a dress watch. I have a Movado that costs more but only tells time so I'm not worried about the amount of functions on a dress watch looking gshock
Hi GHF. How did this model compare to the similarly basic ( &used also )MTG-S1000 you reviewed a while ago. I know the MTG wasn't bluetooth, only Multiband, but I would be grateful for a comparison. Wrist check, left GPW1000, right GD350 (-ve). Many thanks from UK.

when your gshock watch has all the necessary functions plus bluetooth plus abc and t and includes the latest health features and gps and its gshock,man that means you have all the features and your more than good than what uve expected!!

I have a question for you.
Do all of the solar powered G-Shocks have some sort of battery level power indicator?
Many of them have an obvious gauge, some of them have some sort of indicator in the underlying mechanism or features and again others rely on the app via bluetooth.
I've got a couple models that I'm not sure how to figure out.

i have the edition with gold accents with metal band. i order the silicone band to try it.
The watch looks great. Only problem is the app to connect it. Its buggy and some say it's broken. Hopefully (I doubt) they'll fix the app. I set the watch manually. Other than that, the watch is great. Love the steel look it offers, compared to the others.

The barometer & thermometer is useful though day to day for weather forecast. Depends on where you live of course.
How large is the strap? Love the watch but can't stand a strap too long ! My wrist is 6.25 inches

I would like to have the MTG as well, I saw the Magma Ocean in person sitting in store the other day and it look better than I expected. I still like the this G-Steel, it has a unique look to it. Thanks for the feedback man and yes, the spare Gulfmaster has just arrived. I'll share which model that is soon! 😃

I think the MT-G should be my NICE watch. Didn’t help that I was perfectly launched onto pavement riding 25 MpH and I swear I landed watch first and then rolled on it, lol... It is scratched and scraped the f up but this is how a real G should be, i like it. I really think i might throw it out my 4 story window now to get the real real G-SHOCK vibes. Not 30 stories tho, I don’t know if they did that with this model..
gshock highfashion yea, i feel ya but remember you can get this for like $300 but MT-G starts at $800 and it doesn’t seem like it really does that much more.. this will make a good beater, imo. It is so handy. I think I would have bought the MT-G instead of a new iPhone if I would have thought it over better tho. It’s a better investment by far long term..

For a genuine parts, I'll usually get them from Pacparts, Casio (sent for service) or resellers from Yahoo Japan Auction.
If you want to save cost, you could ask around from your social media. I did the same when a parts is too hard to get or just too expensive.

Take your time in your presentation. No need to rush. It is important that at the end of the video, your audience understand what you are trying to present. Truth be told I am still wondering what you trying to present, especially the operation of the watch.

So i bought this watch yesterday on Amazon. The Bluetooth connectivity initially worked fine but now seems to be not working at all. Doesn't even make the beep anymore
