I've got an idea 💡 I wonder if rhino 660 axles would fit in my grizzly 660 differential. The rhino axles are longer and look very similar. And would help the rear get wider. Anyone experienced on this 👇👇
Vasily, your fearlessness in trying out anything to see if it works is amazing! And inspiring! Sometimes the thought of venturing out too far off the beaten path and screwing it up keeps me kind of in the same spot most of the time. It's about time I shook that off and just stepped out into the unknow and see where it takes me. Thanks for the inspiration! And btw...an awesome build so far! All your projects have been honestly and I'm looking forward to seeing where this one goes!
So cool he’s like, what rain, oh I didn’t really notice😂 He’s good now and makes do quite well with what he has, can you imagine when Vasily has his own shop. Definitely one of my favorite builders on RUclips, humble but confident and sends his creations too! Keep up the good work👏
I would go with the raptor 700 engine for sure due to having reverse and more convenient, you not only have four wheel drive but reverse too. Good luck with it.
Many years ago a friend decked out a Grizzly for serious trail riding. You would be amazed at what a roughly 1500 dollar set of dialed in Works shocks did for that machine. Being able to adjust ride height based on the terrain that day and having shocks valved and sprung for the weight with compression and rebound really makes for a safer ride. Soaking up a gully vs getting thrown out of the seat is a big plus
I love watching these builds and the transparency of your thought process. It’s definitely helped with the approach I have with my own projects. Keep up the great work brother!
I think GPS has an electric steering rack. Plus it would be cool for you and Red Beard to go on a test ride and compare his buggy with yours. I really like where your going with this.
You always impress me with how much you get done in just a short period of time. A natural at fabrication and development of custom builds. Have you thought about opening your own shop to take orders for a custom ATV etc? Have you looked into a plasma table because I bet just like the welding equipment there are companies that would love the advertising.
If I was you I would build it with reverse. I built a Chinese buggy like this with a Kawasaki Ninja not having reverse and it sucked. So I started over and rebuilt the whole buggy using a RPM forward neutral reverse box and couldn't be happier. Can't wait to see how it turns out bud.
Got the same build, has the irs with 250, upgraded frame to a utv style and raised seat rack. Have used existing gearbox plate for a motor frame to rubber mount both motor and gearbox, raised the frame more then the motor due to 50x25 rhs being notched in from the bottom, was eventually going to upgrade with diffs and a different style motor
With those tires, 4 wheel drive, that size, and built for 2 adults, I would get the torquiest engine you can find so you have as much as possible available down low.
The better option on the front control arms would have been to cut off the bushings and weld heims in there on the inside pivots and leave ball joints out at the spindle. -advice from a suspension company owner
Those axles on the rear are already caddywhamppus! The minute power is applied you'll be chasing bearings across your garage! Lol! Love rhe builds man! Iv got some similar projects iv been slacking on lately but watching you sorta pause inspiring lol
Definitely wouldn’t go with the banshee on this build, I’d lean more to a vtwin quad engine. Like stated in other comments I think torque numbers will mean more on this vs high horse ponies
I'm sorry but I would have to make the track width the same all around. That has been my only pet peeve with most of the Chinese buggies is how narrow the rear is compared to the front. I currently own three Chinese buggies and had to correct that on all three LOL. Of course it's just my opinion either way I'm sure it'll get down when she's done
That’s pretty cool you have a touch too making some nice carts maybe in the future you can open up a shop start making custom ones and selling to customers .
Love you're work mate 🤙🤘 keep it up. Love waching you're channel from all the way down hear in Australia. I've been over to America twice in my my life time and I loved every minute of it. I'm 23 years old now. Got a fuew projects on the go at the moment love your video man.
Everything is looking great 👍 I love watching your videos I can't wait until we see the next one the only concern I have is are you leaving enough room for your engine? It would always be great to know what engine you're going to to use before you start so you don't have to go back and tear things down because the engine won't fit lol
You know this channel could benefit from a good old fashioned give away. Maybe a contest to get subscribers and so one lucky viewer, me, could get a really cool toy. So Vasily which one is it going to be?
you said you dont like the sound of singes cylinder 4 strokes? i agree fand idk if youve ever heard one but the kawaksaki 700 sound s mazing with some pipes on it but is shaft driven but im sure you could fab something up and its a v twin 4 stroke
love your videos and have a request. for obvious reasons it is up to you but it would be cool to see you take one of those xpro 125 cc mini jeeps and give it a bigger engine and maybe a little more suspension..
Hey bro I just wondering if you have a PO Box I would like to send you something for Christmas I definitely do love what you're doing with the buggy is starting to look really nice that's for sure can't wait to see it when it's done keep up with the awesome work you're doing as well the great content that you have? Much respect from Canada?
Huge banshee fan but you need something with a little more torque banshee motors scream not really a 4 x 4 engine try to get your hands on a parallel twin Yamaha MT7 Honda makes a couple of 500 cc twins for their budget bikes you always have great ideas bro i’m sure you’ll find some thing😁👊🏼✌🏻
I've always wanted to use a seadoo 4 stroke engine in a buggy. Just wasn't sure if I'd run it through a gear box or CVT. I got an N/A engine laying around (155HP) I could send you. Ideally I'd run the 300 S/C engine tho.
This thing will definitely need fenders or youll have stuff flying in your face the whole time you drive. Also I want to see some crotch rocket engine in it. Maybe a 600cc super high revving
The front suspension isn’t going to work correctly. You have to keep the pivot point geometry has to be inline with your cv axle. Unless you add special plunging axles as the axle we’ll be changing length as the front suspension moves as it’s built now
Mini UTV/Large Offroad Go Karts is such an underutilized market segment. Would love to see more builds like this, and can't wait until we start see full electric options.

Yes they will they share the same inner cup and i believe the same outer cup .
I like turtles
Cut the axles and extend with 1/4 thick tubing. Drive shafts are only 1/8 thick
definitly need 4 stroke low end torque for 4 wheeling. a high revving 2 stoke banshee engine would make slow 4x4ing a nightmare.
@@eriknulty6392 well said.
Vasily, that was some SERIOUS Paul Harrell action !!!! Performing no matter rain or shine, delivering the goods/content 👍👍👍
We’re gona see this kid one day build something incredible he knows his stuff
Wdym that buggy is absolutely insane, have you seen his lawn mower?? He is a geniues
I think for a youngster all of his builds are incredible 🤙
Very sharp young man..
These videos are pretty cool, I just started getting into using metal fabrication power tools and welding.
The raptor motor sounds sick. I definitely think you'll enjoy a 4 stroke in something like this.

Hey Vasily...this you replying? Seems a little fishy...or should I say 'phishy'

The buggy is looking better by a long shot Great work man 🙏

Vasily makes EVERYTHING look easy, I followed his advice n had great results on mu projects
Haha 💯

This man can make anything he dreams up in little time, favorite part about him 👐down
Reverse is an awesome thing! Lookin sweet bud!
Looking good can’t wait for it to be done
Excited about the build
Looking good as always kid...work flow is amazing
always like watching you builds--- great work

I appreciate the video bro! Do to the overall weight of this buggy, I'd go with the Raptor 700R due to low-end torque specs.
I'd like to see you use a VTwin, you will have pleanty of torque and that sound would be awesome.
Thanks for getting out a video so fast.👍👍
Great move going with Yamaha diffs and spindles over the Polaris!
Builds coming along great!
With those tires, 4 wheel drive, that size, and built for 2 adults, I would get the torquiest engine you can find so you have as much as possible available down low.
Yep, it would be nice if it could spin all 4!
Smart 3 cylinder diesel
Now this is going to be sick
Vasily builds absolutely smashes it! Inspiring mind fo sho!
Well done Mr 😎
Amazing work bro!!!!

It sure is looking a lot better with the improvements you have done.
Definitely wouldn’t go with the banshee on this build, I’d lean more to a vtwin quad engine. Like stated in other comments I think torque numbers will mean more on this vs high horse ponies
Glad you’re back!
You could invert the shape of that rear hoop and then the tires would clear.
wow that is so cool! great job
Nice!!! I don’t mind single cylinder four stroke engines at all!!! Not crazy about 2 stroke engines on buggy’s
Keep up the good work bro can't wait I wanna put a bike motor in my Geo metro but funds are slowing me down around Christmas time
How about a v twin?
Brooo a single cylinder 4 stroke cammed!! NOTHING SOUNDS BETTER😆✊️🔥
You do amazing work now matter what! So don't sweat the petty pet the sweaty! Yet gonna kill it no matter what cause that's what you do👌
Thanks!!
Reverse is a must!
Great work . This build is a winner.
Put a 350cc banshee motor in it I think it wood be cool 4x4 with a banshee motor
Find a wrecked Yamaha YXZ it would be perfect drive train for what your doing literally spot on
Love the chinese buggy builds
i think if your after 700cc the Yamaha MT-07 engine it's a in-line 2 engine or for extra pop maybe the MT-09 or MT-10 engine for the torque
You should put a raptor 700 with reverse in it
love this man creative 👍🏾 what’s next bro
That’s pretty cool you have a touch too making some nice carts maybe in the future you can open up a shop start making custom ones and selling to customers .

Make sure you keep the same size tires front to rear so you don't bind up the drive train.
Lookin good 👍🏻
It would be an insane build if you fitted it with a maico 700cc 2 stroke engine
Keep it up man you do great work
Everything is looking great 👍 I love watching your videos I can't wait until we see the next one the only concern I have is are you leaving enough room for your engine? Helo all the way from the most southern point of Africa, just want to Say love your content your videos are super inspiring keep up te fantastic work!
I think is gona be a cool build
Arcdroid needs to sponsor Vasily Builds like yesterday!
Parabéns pelo seu trabalho 👍🏻 👍🏻
Never fails to deliver! Impressive the way you continue to exceed expectations
Great job it’s looking good.
I would definitely go with the raptor 700 engine lot more torque for the woods and fuel injection
Im with ya on the single cyl sound
looking good
You know this channel could benefit from a good old fashioned give away. Maybe a contest to get subscribers and so one lucky viewer, me, could get a really cool toy.
So Vasily which one is it going to be?
definitely a possibility👍
Tub the rear and incorporate the upper portion of the cage
How did some company not sponsor this guy a workshop and a lift for his bikes and quads yet ? . . . .come on man !!
Billet wheel spacers and call it a day.
Get ur done vasily 🔥🔥
I’ve never seen someone move sooo quickly
Raptor engine sounds like a good plan. You can have reverse with that.
lookin gnarly already home boy
Very Nice! 😎 I’ve Been Watching Your Videos Awhile Now & Good Job! It’ll Be Ripping Soon…
Your "kinda just winging it" would be my best work. You're experiance is showing.
Nice. Build !
I'm thinking ...
600ish Rotax !
you said you dont like the sound of singes cylinder 4 strokes? i agree fand idk if youve ever heard one but the kawaksaki 700 sound s mazing with some pipes on it but is shaft driven but im sure you could fab something up and its a v twin 4 stroke
Make sure that you keen the wheel base the same back and front
No one can say u don't know what your doing kid and make sure the haters don't forget they can't match u
Look up 1/8 scale truggy rc cars for supstion ideas i would widen the back so its more stable in high speed turns. Brother.
update, looks interesting 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Nice work, who makes the CV axels please? Stockpiling parts for a similar build.
love your videos and have a request. for obvious reasons it is up to you but it would be cool to see you take one of those xpro 125 cc mini jeeps and give it a bigger engine and maybe a little more suspension..

From a jetski? I need one for my JETBOAT
@@VasilyBuilds you'll want a supercharged one for the jetboat.
This thing will definitely need fenders or youll have stuff flying in your face the whole time you drive. Also I want to see some crotch rocket engine in it. Maybe a 600cc super high revving
Mmm are you in oregon.? I will buy it 100%. I will be happy on salt lake dunnes
No, he's in Tennessee.
The front suspension isn’t going to work correctly. You have to keep the pivot point geometry has to be inline with your cv axle. Unless you add special plunging axles as the axle we’ll be changing length as the front suspension moves as it’s built now
just wish the rear was as wide as the front.
Mini UTV/Large Offroad Go Karts is such an underutilized market segment. Would love to see more builds like this, and can't wait until we start see full electric options.
There is a company that has been out for a while that produces a single seater buggy that's all electric. Give me a second I'll try to provide a link.
Is the back end narrower than the front? Looks odd... Regardless, you do amazing work as usual!!!
It needs a yamaha triple based on the work you've done so far. A 670 rotax would be a mean engine for that set up, as well.
I like the imagination man keep at it , is that frame made of pot metal? I thought it might be , stuffs hard to weld up
Will you do a 4 seat? Like the rps tk200?
