    I do this now. I once bought a bag of organic baby carrots. One on top was half mush some type of gel that smelled like chlorine. I learned that oven if they are grown organically after they are picked they can basically do what they want.

    I reuse my sauerkraut, pickle and olive jars because they have wide mouths. ❤❤

    Good video! Something about that knifework makes me real nervous though, not sure if it how your fingers were or if it's that the knife seemed like it could be dull with how much effort was needed to chop the carrots. 😅

      Those big thick carrots are hard to cut..
      I doubt it was a dull knife

    Baby carrots are usually made from the misshappen ugly carrots that can't be sold as they are. Now people pay extra to have them already peeled and cut. What a racket!
