  • These are the complete results of all my blood and urine tests after 1 1/2 years on a strict carnivore diet. Blood was drawn Dec 29, 2023 and results came in this morning, Jan 2nd, 2024. These are the honest results of all tests that I download from the VA website this morning, and my commentary on the results.

I'm 74. As I mentioned in a previous post, I too had a complete physical at the VA in Oct. During the physical interview with my doc (he's been my doc for 16 years) we talked about what was going on in my life because he was amazed by my appearance and blood test results. Two and half years ago at my last last physical I weighed 215 pounds. I had very high LDL and HDL cholesterol levels, low vitamin D and iron levels, and my A1C was 6.0 (borderline diabetic). This time my weight was 163, my LDL was still high, but my HDL, vitamin D and iron levels were all in the normal range. The biggest change was my A1C level was 5.0, which is the lowest it's been in 12 years according to the doc. Fortunately, my doc knows about carnivore and has seen a couple of videos by the carnivore docs (Chaffee, Berry, and Baker). He said he wasn't concerned by my LDL level given my diet. When I left his office all he said was "You're doing great, keep doing what your doing. I wish my other patients were making the same kind of progress." Edited... thanks for sharing your results brother.

Same story... 280lb and AWFUL blood tests.. i had bad metabolic syndrome.. 6 months later, after i start carnivore, I go in and im 220lbs and all my blood tests are perfect. No more type 2, no more NAFLD.. triglycerides from 9 to 2.. you name it I fixed it in 6 months. My robot doctor zeroes in on my LDL and tells me I need a statin :( That was 3 years ago and our relationship has completely deteriorated with my refusal to take most of his advice. I so desperately want to say "If I want to be sick and die sooner, I'll take your advice"

At 52 my PSA topped out at 6.35, I had 2 urologists both screaming at me that there was no way to lower my PSA and that I needed a biopsy! I went OMAD KETO fast forward 2 years it had dropped to 3.0 (it’s 2.9 summer 2023 at 57 years young), I was at my GP’s office asking how this could be? She ran out of the examination room! The doctors actually want you healthy, the real problem is they get their training from the insurance companies who want you sick. The doctors genuinely believe what they are doing for you is the right thing because that is how they are trained. The medical insurance companies are the true evil ones. They know carnivore makes us healthy and they don't want the masses finding out the truth because that means less $$$ in their greedy evil pockets. They insurance companies want us to stay sick so we can keep paying them for medications that don't fix the root cause but only relieve the symptoms. The lies are sold so genuinely to us because they use Doctors who actually do care and train them incorrectly.

I'm 66 years old, 6' tall, & was 255 lbs at that time. Within a week went OMAD carnivore. On 26 Dec 2023, I personally ordered & paid for an "On-Demand" A1c test from Labcorp. A1c result was 5.3. Average fasting glucose blood stick each morning is 85 & ketones measure at 1.4 mmol/L average. I'm 175 lbs this morning. I've an endocrinologist appointment in late Mar 2024. Will now focus on my ALT, trigs & and HDL, which were "out of range" @ 76, 31 & 174 respectively Jun 2023. Carnivore for life.

In relation to your home gym build video, this is the next step for me. Not building a home gym, but exercising, which is something I've neglected for over thirty years. I've been using 3 lb & 10 lb hand weights the last month or so. HIIT sprinting is next on the list... along with quitting cigarettes. I think I'll buy a basketball and shoot hoops, which used to be my passion and is great for hand to eye coordination. All should help with TG/HDL Ratio. I look forward to further videos from you on your exercise regimen. Dante @ Ferigno Freedom is beginning an experiment with HIIT sprinting this New Year, so I'm watching his channel closely as well.
Did I get the job? Yes, it was a grueling 4 month process getting all the paperwork, security clearances, etc. When I'd checked off the last item on the list and received the official employment offer letter, the Hamas/Israel War began. The Middle East compound where I'd be living/working right now has been attacked over 250 times since Oct 2023...so deployment is officially on hold. I'm glad I hadn't told my present employer yet or turned in "2 week notice." 😬

As more people go carnivore the more it will be super common and prove that LDL is not a problem if our triglycerides are low and HDL is high. You also show how carnivore heals hormones for all ages. People need to drop the worry on LDL and over all cholesterol if eating a low carb keto or carnivore diet!

It difficult to see some many people struggling with physical and mental health issues where I am convinced that if they would switch what they are putting in their mouth they would be at least 85% better. I live in Eastern Canada routine bloodwork, which is sometimes difficult to get your doctor to do. Unless looking for something due to illness or injury. I have had constant issues with doctor over cholesterol numbers. It would be so beneficial to be able to order even some of these tests. My husband believes everything our doctor tells him! He is stage 4 kidney, and I want him to eat more protein, but he is so stuck on the 'fiber veg and fruit' recommendations. Interesting information. I'm glad I opened this up.
