@Mallory Juel - Hey Mallory! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching this week, and for your truly lovely comments! We are so fortunate and blessed by all of the people that God has places in our lives, to bless us, and let us "do life with". Since we we never able to have children, we are always incredibly honored when others allow us to spend time with their kids, and we are honored to have so many friends of all ages, who we enjoy spending time with. We are so lucky and so very blessed. We definitely missed seeing every one for so long, while we were all locked down at home, and we are doing our level best to make up for time lost, you know?! LOL! Hope you are having a great week so far. Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚

@Cathy Feigert - Hey Cathy! Thank you so much for stopping by again this week and watching! We so appreciate the awesome support! I had never heard of that website, but the little mini peach cobblers turned out well for us. It's nice to have a taste of something sometimes without going overboard 😂 I hope they work equally well for you, would love to hear back if you do get a chance to try them. Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@hotmama298 - Hey girl! Thank you so much for stopping by again this week and watching, and for the very sweet comments! Happy 4th to you and your family as well - hope y'all have fun on this long holiday weekend!! You're absolutely right, the little cobblers actually tasted great, and even though Tim was hoping for a big cobbler, I loved it because it gave us a nice sweet taste, but was portion controlled so we didn't go overboard. Never fear, we are doing that some this weekend (so you'll see that next week, haha!). Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚

@FrugalMommaNTheWoods - oh my goodness Beth, I'm so so sorry. That must have been a terrible shock, not even knowing he had been sick, and coming not long after the loss of your sweet mama. We will keep you and your family in our prayers, for peace and comfort during such a difficult time. Hugs 🙏😢
@Christeen Price - Hey Christeen!! Thank you so much for stopping by again this week! So glad to hear that you are enjoying the content :) Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Lisa Beierling - Hi Lisa! Thank you so much for stopping by this week and watching! I really enjoyed them (I couldn't get Tim to taste them, but that's ok, I was happy to have them all for me, LOL!). I love shrimp and am always looking for a wee bit healthier version of a burger for me. I would totally do Beyond Burgers, but Tim is just not open to that, ha! If you get them and try them, let me know if you like them too!! Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Christy Rouse - Hey Christy! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! Happy 4th of July weekend to you and your family as well, I hope y'all had a great one this year! Tim said the Totinos in the air fryer was fine for him, though probably a little better in the oven on our pizza stone. But this time of year, I'm always looking to NOT turn on my big oven and heat up the kitchen, especially for one little thing that will fit in my air fryer :) It worked for him and it was a lot faster than waiting on the oven to preheat and then it to cook :) Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Happy 4th to you and Tim. Everything looks fantastic. I had a pot sticker for the first time the other day. I can understand why you enjoy them so much. It was delicious..😋
@Theresa O'Neill - Hi Theresa! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! HOORAY! I am so glad you tried potstickers and like them too! We love them both ways, fried and also steamed, they are so good if the filling is tasty and delicious :) I am on the hunt for a new one to find and buy, since our Sam's Club doesn't have any in stock in a large quantity (and because I love chinese so much and cook it at home, I really want to find a giant warehouse size to have on hand, LOL!). Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@MrsAcosta78 - Hi there! Thank you so much for stopping by again this week and watching, from the lovely North Shore! I think back around our Easter time, you mentioned that you celebrated Orthodox Easter and mentioned you were Greek, which is awesome! I'm sure you cringe every time I fix something remotely Greek or mediterranean in flavor, as mine is a poor imitation of your culture and food. The same would be said of any of our subscribers who are Hispanic or Asian, and I do my quasi- versions of Tex-Mex or chinese cuisines. What I prepare is far from authentic because these are not in our history, heritage or culture, just a pale imitation. We enjoy all of those flavors though, on our limited southern palate, LOL!! We have several great Greek restaurants around us that we visit, though I imagine their food is an Americanized Greek and not overtly authentic, but it's all delicious!! Hope you had a great 4th of July holiday weekend too!! Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@@LetsCookYall oh, I did mention that!! I can't seem to remember anything anymore and I'm 42 years young! I never find that Greek restaurants are very good lol, I cook like my father taught me. I think u do a great job, everything always looks delicious!!
@@MrsAcosta78 - LOL! No worries, and you are a young lady in my book, LOL! I learned many years ago that my memory is just atrocious, so I write absolutely everything down that I can. Otherwise, I haven't a clue, haha!! I imagine your food, and your dad's, is simply amazing!! I know we love the flavors and actually have a nice Greek community here in Mississippi, and lots of good restaurants (at least to us). Good stuff!! Hope you have a fantastic weekend! ---Stacy

I make an easy cobbler in a 8x8 casserole. It is 1 stick butter, 1 cup self rising flour, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk. I use 3 cups of fruit but we like the fruit best. I bet you could make 1/2 the batter and make 2 ramekins of cobbler. Just spray the dish. Pour the cobbler batter in the dish, top with fruit. As it bakes the fruit sinks and the batter rises so you end up with fruit all thru the cobbler. The regular size bakes at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I bought a new oven this week. I got a great deal during Amazon prime week. It works as a toaster, convection oven, air fryer. It has a spit to roast a chicken. I do not remember what else it does. It has 8 functions. It just arrived yesterday so we have not removed it from the box and read the instructions. I have a very small little air fryer and a small toaster oven. It is going to replace both those items. I plan to give my small air fryer to my mother in law. She is 90 but still lives alone and cooks simple things for herself. I think she will get alot of use out of it. I bought the little oven because I hate to heat up my big oven. It makes the house so hot. Your dinners all looked delicious as normal. I am making some beef and bean burritos for dinner tonight. Something quick and easy. I like making a big casserole like that because we do not mind leftovers so we will eat them tonight and tomorrow.
@Donna Gribbins - Hi Donna! Thank you so much for stopping by this week and watching! Your cobbler is very similar to my "regular" peach cobbler that I bake in a 9x13 in the big oven (or cut in half and bake in an 8x8 or 9x9, as you suggested). I just wanted something really small and very portion controlled, so we tried this new one. Ooh, how fun that you have a new kitchen gadget! I hope you love it and that's awesome to clean off two others and consolidate to the one new appliance. I hope you and Mark are well, and that Hayley and the baby are healthy. Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Happy 4th beautiful! Tropical storm is coming and will literally go right over us on Wednesday. Very used to it now tho living in Florida lol. Ty for sharing as always! ❤⚘🌹
@Tammy Dee - Hey Tammy! Thank you so much for stopping by this week and watching, and Happy 4th to y'all too! Batten down the hatches before Elsa gets there! I hope she is just a rain maker (not too much) and doesn't have enough wind to do any damage or bring down power lines. This may be a long hurricane season for all of us, since it's starting up so early. We shall see! I wish you could send me some of your rain though, we've only had one nice shower in the last 2-3 weeks and it's pretty dry here. Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@@LetsCookYall oh yes a rain maker for sure and wind! We've had so much rain this yr so far it's crazy. I'm up in the Gainesville area and it seems once afternoon hits, it rains for ever lol.

We love Biaggi’s! Never had the bruschetta, but looks amazing, will have to try it. Love the idea of single serve desserts in the air fryer. Though my husband would not be a fan either - I’m going to need some bigger ramekins for him! 😉
@Sharon Nunn - Hey Sharon! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! Biaggi's is one of those places that we only seem to visit about once every 10 years (as neither of us are huge Italian food fans), but it was a fun spot for our ladies lunch. I really pigged out on both the bread they bring to the table and then with the bruschetta, but I rationalize that it was totally worth the calories! They were quite tasty! My friend got the mushroom one and she said something in it had a bit of a kick to it, so if you are at all spice sensitive, you might would want to ask your server about it before trying that one. I hope you do try the mini peach cobblers! Tim, as you gathered from the video, was not overly amused about the size of it, but he happily ate his! LOL!! Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@Joan Pedrick - thank you Joan, and the same to you! Hoping you and your family had a great holiday weekend! 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚

The Peach Cobbler looked great. I had a good laugh at Tim's steak video...( I imagined you asking him to take a video of him making his steaks and he gives you a clip of him just throwing the steaks on the grill...😂 But I do give him an "A" for effort!)
@JuJu Bi - Hey there! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching this week! LOL, you are EXACTLY right! I asked him to record him making all of the food and his plate, and then I was like... this was all you recorded?! Hahaha! I appreciate him doing something, but had hoped for just a wee bit more. After all, he's seen me do it daily for over four years, so I thought he kind of understood what I was going for, LOL!! Still, he's always a fantastic sport to help and participate in the videos, and I'm grateful for that clip! Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@@LetsCookYall I thought it was hilarious! Such a classic "man" was of doing things! Honestly, it was more entertaining that if he had actually filmed himself salting the meat, flipping it, plating it, cutting it, etc. :-D
@arthrodea - LOL, you are SO right! It is a classic guy thing and it is definitely the epitome of my Tim! You'd think after over 500 videos, he'd "remember" to film the different parts, but I really think it was a monumental thing for him to get his phone out and get the steaks flipping on the grill at the beginning. He gets an A for effort, LOL! Thanks for stopping by and watching! Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
@InYour Dreams - Hey Stacy! Thank you so much for stopping by, and Happy 4th to y'all too! I hope your dad, stepmom and DIL are all doing better. Happy Independence Day!! 🇺🇸 We watched this while we were eating dinner: grilled whole chicken and baked potatoes (also cooked on the grill.) Seems like both of us have talented grill masters. Lucky us!! Keith was admiring Tim’s steaks as well! 🥩 We never thought of putting fries on the grill, wow! Hope y’all are having a fun weekend of celebration! 🎆
@Our 80's Life - Hey Abby! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! So sweet of your grillmaster to cook for y'all on the 4th! And I think I need to learn how long it takes to do baked potatoes on the grill (we almost always do them in the microwave or sometimes our air fryer). Do y'all parcook them first, or cook them the entire time on the grill? I had never thought of fries either, but Tim wanted to try it a few weeks ago and it works for us (we aren't that picky about fries and onion rings), and saves a lot of time and clean up doing it that way :) So glad to see that Jesse enjoyed the fireworks and is not traumatized by the noise like all of our dogs were. Hope y'all had a fantastic 4th!! Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚
Another great video, I hope this comment finds you and Tim well... happy 4th of July to you and yours!! The wraps looked delicious... definitely on my "to try" list 🥰

@WineDineAndShineWithChriztine - Hey Christine! Thanks so much for stopping by and watching, and happy belated Canada Day to you guys to our north! I bet you had much better weather than the temps we are having down here, to be outside celebrating, LOL! (It's VERY hot here right now!). I am always reminded when I buy a packaged, processed thing like those teriyaki noodles, why I prefer to make my own stuff. They were ok, but I won't buy them again. I definitely prefer my homemade versions of things like that most of the time, but there are many MANY days when I don't want or am able to take the time to make them, so having those kinds of things on hand that are quick and easy are usually a lifesaver. We definitely don't enjoy the taste as much though, but they are easy :) Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚

Hi Stacy! I just joined the Club! What are some of your favorites you get from there that you CAN find? I LOVE the party pizzas! My favorite topping is sausage but I'm the only one in my house who does so this is a great way to get my sausage pizza because it's just big enough for me.
@April Townsend - Hey April!! Thank you so much for stopping by again this week and watching!! Do you have an air fryer and have you tried the Totinos pizzas in there? They worked great in ours for a really quick lunch or dinner. Tim was pretty excited to have his own little pizza, LOL!! As for Sam's Club, my list is long! Since we are only a household of two, I try REALLY hard to just buy things in there that I feel like we would eat, but it's hard. I love to buy food, and I love to try a lot of their new things, but sometimes the quantity and packaging are just not practical for two people. That being said, I get most of my meat in there. I like their 3 packs of organic ground beef, their packages of chicken, and big slabs of pork chops (that I bring home and use my vacuum sealer to separate into packages of 2 for us). I eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast, so I buy the huge box of Quaker old fashioned oats, along with some of my toppings for my oatmeal. I buy other pantry items that we use regularly and will use up before they go bad (some spices, salsa, cereal, etc), a lot of my cleaning supplies and household items that won't go bad (dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, paper plates, tp, kleenex, garbage bags, etc), and then we buy Tim's coffee beans in there. I actually have a lot that they do still have, but am missing some other favorite items that we have found in there and they no longer have. Hope some of that rambling helps! We've got a playlist dedicated to all of our Sam's Club hauls, so those may give you some ideas too! Have fun and a great holiday weekend! Take care, and have a wonderful and truly blessed day ---Stacy 😍💚

Ooh, I’m definitely going to have to try those shrimp burgers!!
Happy 4th! Thanks for the video… it all looked great. My hubby & son love those pizzas … will try in my air fryer next time!
Have I ever mentioned that I'm Greek? Born in Greece, raised in New Orleans. Happy 4th!!!

LOL!!
