Ma'am I have normal t3 and t4 levels but tsh is 4.49...and I am taking thyronorm 12.5mcg tablets...will I have to take them lifelong or I can cure it with the methods that you mentioned in ome of your thyroid video
4.49 is within normal range

she needs to do all yoga asanas. also pranayamas - kapalabhati, bhastrika, bhramari, anulom vilom, ujjayi, kevali, bahya. she should be fine on doing these religiously. her condition looks delicate, see details of camps, teacher training courses, regular classes in institute or online or home tuition where in our teacher guides the person one on one at their residence - all of these details on www.theyogainstitute.org
