OBS Studio Settings Problem Video Output Is Currently Active

They're OBS plugins that are very popular among users. NDI Output Settings and Virtual Cam. Both are video processing that occur in the background of OBS. Below is how to fix!
1) NDI Output settings. This allows you to use your cell phone.
Solution: Enter Tools/NDI Output Settings Uncheck Main Output/Preview Output.
2) VirtualCam is another one that allows you to use another video source.
Solution: Uncheck AutoStart and click Stop.

so I'm getting this issue but I don't have either of those installed.
They don't pop up in my tools menu. So what should I do?

Make sure that you don't still have any live stream running.
If not, you may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling OBS.

I install ndi and reset the computer but i dont see it and my vertical plug still wont record

Is NDI Output Settings under the Tools menu checked or unchecked?
For the Vertical plugin , if it is checked,uncheck "Backtrack runs while streaming/recording" and instead you should check "Backtrack Always On and see if that works.

i have i 5 and 2060 rtx 16 gb ram whenever i try stream val with face cam on twitch my stream crasshes or pc crashes so annoying any help

Have you tried resetting the graphics card app on your computer? That would most likely be found under Settings in the app.
If that does not work you can try uninstalling and reinstalling OBS.

Please Google “OBS NDI plugin” Restart your computer, and open OBS again. You sh then see the new “NDI Source” option when adding a new source.

Do you have either the virtual camera or NDI plug-ins active? Either of those could cause you to get that message.

TN SHocK Without knowing more of the specifics of your setup and application you are outputting the OBS virtual camera to, one possible alternative would be to use NDI and Virtual Input, not VirtualCam.

Do you have the virtualcam plug-in?
If so that can be causing the issue.
If not, the NDI plugin, if output is active, will cause identical behavior.
You check that by going in OBS to Tools > NDI Output Settings
Make sure those are unchecked
