With the return of another season at Knoebels, that means being able to ride my favorite dark ride again, the Haunted Mansion.
Last year for 2023 the caretakers did a major revamp of the attraction for its 50th anniversary, but what's inside for 2024?
Lets take a ride inside this famous and iconic dark ride to see if we can spot any changes and to also see it like we've never seen it before.

I have noticed some changes there Jay.
I DID I DID! When I was there today, the patients in the dungeon, one of them makes noises with a blue light!
And, the bear in the jungle has more black lighting and you can see him better.
Hey look! It’s Billy Boy from the Hard Luck Bears! Apparently the show has been discontinued in 1995, so, the park turn him into some guy in the electric chair. 2:59

I was a child in the 60's all the amusement parks and carnivals had the haunted houses, but, nothing is close to knoebels ride...It's perfect for you kids too...Just enough "scary" for them...Thanks; I'm glad you did a follow up from your lights on go through...As a philly native, it makes me proud to see this is here in PA...Good health to you and yours.

Love the Haunted Mansion! The changes are subtle, but all I know is that it is just as awesome, amazing, and so fun as ever! I may have to watch your previous video again and then come back to this one and watch again to see if I can spot any of the changes. lol You will have lots of fun riding and trying to find the change you didn't see. Thank you for posting this. I enjoy dark rides and it isn't too far from me. As a kid my friend and I would repeatedly ride the monster den at Lakemont park but, sadly the park was mismanaged for too long and most of what made them great is gone. Thanks again🙂

I’m so glad they brought back the floating skulls with the Halloween theme playing! As a huge horror fan, I loved that part when I was little.

It was updated, but not for this year. Lighting might be improved though.

I just remember reading that a couple of the thing on this dark ride came from Rolling Green Park in Hummels Warf.

The revamp is awesome. A fresh coat of paint does wonders! 🤣🤣🤣 Tell Kenobles. They need to put mirrors on the door where the purple tube rock tunnel is located. It will give the illusion of depth. Also they need to fix it so it tumbles. Love the skeleton heads

I just rode it today, and the Welcomer’s voice was not functioning (maybe it was because I was the first ride of the day, but I’m not sure), but either way, I’m hoping it works in the near future.
If that happens again let the ride attendant know.
@@JPVideos81 OK. I was a little confused as to why it wasn’t working. If it happens again at my next trip, I will let them know.
He still lit up when I got close, and pulled back, like he normally does, he just wasn’t talking, which isn’t good, because it’s the first thing you mainly hear in the ride.

2:20 what the heck that delayed buzzer and also the witch volume is down you cant hear what she said.
They've since fixed the volume of the witch.
