I feel bad for that lone scare actor who's gotta wait in the dark all day for a cart to come by... though it's one of the scariest elements in the ride! I love small attractions like this that are trying to do something unique.
as someone who has worked as an actor in a haunted house, yeah it sucks being far from the entrance and not knowing when the line is gone or when you are able to relax and not be in character for a sec. Always had to constantly be ready for the next person to walk past my scene. Especially sucks if you're stuck standing all day or in an area that uses strobe lights. I was comin home with aching eyes and sore feet every night.
These kinds of jobs are not for a lifetime. Maybe a year or two until you find something good. I worked at Madam Tussauds in London. It was hard but i miss that time. Now that i have a good job and I'm living a comfortable life yet that job was worth the experience.
Knott's Scary Farm in S. California is like that. I think Universal Hollywood has a bigger budget, but Knott's has equaled them in 2023 & 2022 with their creativity & "Let's out on a [terrifying] show!" enthusiasm. (I love Universal's Horror Nights too.)
I cannot believe this ride is on this channel. This is one of the main rides of my childhood. The evolution of this particular haunted house has been impressive. Thanks for showcasing it. I have scent memories from this ride.
I loved this! Classic haunted house ride with all of the makings of a classic. The twitching people wrapped up were absolutely blood chilling. I was expecting far more like the creepy lady knitting a spider web through the entire thing but they really went deep into physical horror for a dark ride. The zombies for the incline were inspired, perfect place to put them.
I wish you guys could have seen it in the 80s, it was so campy and fun. There used to be a lot more black light, classic elements and a lot of the older elements aren’t moving like they used to. It was great when I was a kid but was sad when I visited this past summer
Thank you for covering this ride! This is one of my favorite rides from when I was a kid. I remember this ride being a lot scarier but I was also much younger. This is such a blast to see!
This was a pretty good dark ride. A couple rooms could use some improvement, but most of the rooms were very well done. The live actor legitimately scared me!
Several of the effects look to be repeats of some of Bill Tracy‘s effects that were in such classic rides like the Whacky Shack in Wildwood, New Jersey. Specifically, the cuckoo clock, the old woman in the rocking chair knitting spiderwebs, and a few others. EDIT: I just saw another viewer’s comment where they said Bill Tracy DID design this ride! That explains everything.
This reminds me of being a child in the 80s slightly terrified yet intrigued by this ride. A classic Bill Tracy attraction, one of few that still exists today. I make it a point to ride this any time Im in OC.
I like how they put in contemporary elements like the ghouls behind the fences, and the picture of the Nun next to the cuckoo clock. You gotta keep the ride updated and put in things that scare kids, because kids LOVE being scared.
WOUW ,how big is this place I LOVE IT,and the best ghostride ever, looks so cool and normally you look rides in attractions like this and it looks boring like he..... but this one WOUW❤️❤️❤️❤️
So cool! So Janky! Water at the end? HUH? Isn't it an electrical track? This really does boggle one's mind. It would be so fun setting this up or making gags for this.
No way! This ride used to scare the hell out of me as a kid it’s so nostalgic watching this.. I would Always hide under the seat at the scariest parts! I gotta visit Ocean City again to give it another go!
I've always liked these old style haunted house rides I wish the new parks would make something themed on this stuff but with insane new coaster designs it could be done so well . Imagine being confronted by Freddy Kruger then dropping down a sheer 200ft drop into the ground doing mad twists and then coming back up into another haunted house themed bit ..mix the two together it would be so cool .
Really good, but very random, deffo prefer constant theming rather than shoving random things shoved together... (giant gothic UV bat in front of man being hanged 🤨) I know, I'm nitpicking. 😂
This looks pretty fun, the only thing I hated as a kid was the buzzers and super load noises. No idea what its like now, I just have a distinct memory of it hurting my ears at a local fair.
There are so many things just crammed in willy nilly that do not go together, there are a few nice touches. The best is the scare actor stationed inside, should be more visible rather than just in rear view.

@@gep2771 It'd be funny if your car moved into view and you saw the clown scrolling through their phone, waiting for you!🤣🤡
Bad

And never take a bathroom break
You can tell they really put their heart into this ride. This was great.

right haha
Me too. My grandfather used to take me on this every year during our OC trips. He passed away in 2007. The Haunted House is my favorite memory of him
Impressive ride! This is what carnival type haunted house rides are supposed to be!

that ride is very cool. had tons of very good elements. some will say not high tech enough, but they did a lot. 10/10
As a kid, this would have terrified me. Great ride, and excellent videography!

Excellent ride! All kinds of goodies in there and some Disney-influenced (the upside-down room was in the original Alice In Wonderland attraction.)
Thank you for covering this ride! This is one of my favorite rides from when I was a kid. I remember this ride being a lot scarier but I was also much younger. This is such a blast to see!
Same! As a kid, I would cover my eyes for 90 percent of the ride. Each year, I got braver. lol
A 6 minute haunted house horror ride that was actually really good IMO. Nice! Thanks for the ride-thru.
What a great version of an older style ride! That would be a blast!
What an awesome ride! My favorite kind! It was a nice long tour through this haunted house! Loved it
Bro you are the greatest you ride that all alone
I know normal videos always have someone with that that won't shut up.
This haunted house is very nostalgic for me. My family and I drive 8 hours a year to come here and ride it!
Thanks for the trip down memory lane, I remember when this ride first opened as I grew up in the area!
I waited for Trimper’s Haunted House clear quality for a long time! Love it
the clown got me. nope. unexpected. it's that moment you want to get off the ride, having thought it was just a toddler ride. lol
Was that a real human?
@@rahulkrish9840Yeah, i think it was an actor
Oh, heck nah! 😂 I’ll live vicariously through your experience. 🤣
You were scared by this POS?! Wow you must scare VERY easily then. This ride is STUPID! MY dog barking is scarier than this ride.
Having an actor in there to scare you is great that’s always so unique with small haunted houses like these
I LOVED this ride LOVED it. They put a lot into this and the scare actors scared me a lot more then I thought
This is probably my favorite boardwalk haunted house dark ride I’ve ever been on. So, so good.
This was a pretty good dark ride. A couple rooms could use some improvement, but most of the rooms were very well done. The live actor legitimately scared me!
This was great! Reminds me of going to the fair every year with my family or friends. Fun memories.
As soon as Christmas is over, we're back to the spooky! That's what I like to see!
THANKS, Attractions 360! I subscribed & liked this!

Bill Tracy actually designed this dark ride
Ok this was actually quiteee good 🔥🔥🔥 Can tell a ton of hard work was put into it.
Soo very cool! Thanks for sharing. I liked the "shake n bake" electric chair prop and the clown.
Loved the black light colors, excellent length and just all around fun ride. Thanks for the post! 👍🏻❤️🍻😎
We go to Ocean City, MD every year and always get on this ride once or twice while I'm there. Been doing it since 1987.

Seaside dark rides are the classic best! The true haunted houses of the east! 💀🤡🎃
great recording! thank you, love it!
This is great. I don’t think I have seen I ride like this done better. They really put a lot into this.
That clown walking behind them scared me lmao 🫣😂
Bloody amazing ride .got to be top 3 in the world for these scary rides
I love how it turns into a carwash at the end
This looks fantastic. Must cost alot to run
4:37 that train is the strangest one it won't run into us but that surprised everybody
I love these old fashion dark rides.
I love ghost trains, this one looks sooo much fun, thanks for showing it.
I love that it's a two story ride. Those types are fun
WOUW ,how big is this place I LOVE IT,and the best ghostride ever, looks so cool and normally you look rides in attractions like this and it looks boring like he..... but this one WOUW❤️❤️❤️❤️
This one is outstanding.
when i saw the coffin I knew where this was love this ride and the feel of the coffin bobbing
Walked past this thing a buncha times and never would have guessed it was that big
So cool! So Janky! Water at the end? HUH? Isn't it an electrical track? This really does boggle one's mind. It would be so fun setting this up or making gags for this.
i just came back from ocean city, and i had a blast riding this. ive been riding this every summer i came to ocean city for the past 6 years.
Greatly done set!
The Scare Actor almost scared me because it is a clown, but still, really good attraction!
I think an actor is scary when they first pretend to be a dummy.
@@polishedpebble4111 I would have waved back. After I recovered of course.
That ride looks soo cool!!!!
Best horror ride ever and wish I can enjoy this kind of ride on my own and I bet it will be really awesome on halloween too 🎃👻
This was Awesome!!
Looks like a great little dark ride!
Thank you so much for the flashing lights warning.
Lol I love this one! Digging a few of the Gag, Morbid and Distortion props they had in it.
So cool! Reminded me to Tobe Hooper's, The Funhouse (1981) film.
Are the lights usually on as much as in this video? Either way… fabulous video so thanks for sharing.
This channel always provides low light video of the rides they film. The lighting would not be this bright.
Haunted House Ride is the greatest
This ride should be in my family's backyard
The Coffin Cars were a nice touch.😱
I haven't been to OC Maryland since 2010. I rode it back then and I can say it looks like alot of cool changes were made.
That was actually pretty good and fun.
This looks so fun. I wish I could go to Ocean City.
Classic ride that they’ve made a ton of additions and improvements to in recent years. I Try to ride this every time I visit the area.
Love it seems like a nice long ride. Miss these types of haunted houses. I must ride it one day.
Great colours
This is a brilliant ride
Nice long interesting dark ride. Low budget fun
OC MD! My favorite!
We need more rides like this, w more scare actors
No way! This ride used to scare the hell out of me as a kid it’s so nostalgic watching this.. I would
Always hide under the seat at the scariest parts! I gotta visit Ocean City again to give it another go!
Dang, there's a lot of really disorienting stuff going on in there. Looks amazing!
I've always liked these old style haunted house rides I wish the new parks would make something themed on this stuff but with insane new coaster designs it could be done so well . I love your videos keep it up 😁😎. Makes me want to travel and have fun
The Clown! Ride this every trip to O.C.
So fun and classic
man i’ve been on that ride so many times, it never gets old
This was great!
There used to be one like this in Myrtle Beach SC decades ago.
Really good, but very random, deffo prefer constant theming rather than shoving random things shoved together... (giant gothic UV bat in front of man being hanged 🤨) I know, I'm nitpicking. 😂
Bill Tracy is a legend! He made the Whacky Shack at Waldameer, and the Haunted Mansion at Knoebels. This ride was definitely different from those two.
dope ride. i only seen one scare actor
This is a ridiculously long ride - I would need to take a book or something.
4:28 dawg thinks it’s mr toads wild ride 😭😭💀
What GoPro did you use for this video
This looks pretty fun, the only thing I hated as a kid was the buzzers and super load noises. No idea what its like now, I just have a distinct memory of it hurting my ears at a local fair.
Very impressive ride!!

this was actually really cool
Certainly hope this looks better in person
Love it.
That was actually a well done scary dark carnival ride. Thank you for sharing. Where is this?
Ocean City, Maryland
Awesome!
I think i'm gonna passed out if i ride it 🤣
Brilliant !
It's a very good ride, but not in today's world ...more 1950s. Great haunted house/castle ride today...The Haunted Castle at DisneyWorld.
Been on this and the kneobels one. The oncoming train gets me every single time.
The first zombie fence room is fine but for some reason and I have no idea why, the second one right after creeps me out
