Don't know about other people, but scaring teenage boys is seriously the best thing ever, especially when they're in a dark hallway and they have no idea that you are literally two feet infront of them.

Went in September, WAYYY SCARIER THEN THIS VIDEO. let me explain the houses are like 80 degrees inside. Also there was way more actors around then this video. *edit* I had a very fun experience and would be glad to go again!
It's actually not though, It's very cool and pretty well done but it's not on the level of HHN's actor and theming quality. These things are better at HHN because they have so much money to spend on it, they also have the money to hire the best actors in the area... You literally can't compete with money, the world revolves around it. It's in a way more "extravagant" than HHN in it's set design, but that doesn't make it better. More crap doesn't = better. They can have more "extravagant" sets like this because as has been stated, they focus on this kind of thing, which means a lot of this stuff will be more permanent installations, which means they can go the extra mile with stuff, but again, that doesn't mean the QUALITY is as good, it just means it's more extravagant.
Comments aside from any scare factors, the technology of this place and volunteers give this place a really cool atmosphere, they really did go above and beyond here. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due.

Wow. The set design for this is off the charts and better than anything Universal or Knott’s Berry farm does. The way the hayride went right through one of the mazes and under the bus was awesome. I love seeing that dual use. The fact that the bus is there at all is amazing. The ice cream truck entrance was sheer genius. Absolutely ❤️ this.
In confined spaces, yes. They used to have a chainsaw guy in the entrance tunnel to Kennywood’s Fright Nights. The whole tunnel was filled with fog and little to no lights, you couldn’t see a thing. Only hear the chainsaw and hope he doesn’t run up to you in the dark 😂 it was scary at the time.
This event looks amazing!! The amount of work that goes into it can easily be seen so hats off to everyone involved with it from the scare actors to the crews and technicians behind the scenes! Hopefully will be able to experience this in person at some point!

btw i went to this first week of october and it was well worth the 800 mile round trip, it was so damn good. i have never been to a haunted house with that much production value and budget. the deatail was amazing, the actors were amazing and they did alot of things most haunts near me dont or cant do. the hayride and nocturnal were the best haunt by far
Because of absolutely everyone talking about social distancing, I think because places like this are outside, restrictions are lifted and it is not required by any rules or laws
It still is required, I know because I worked at an amusment park a half hour from here, but they just didn't enforce it because its only volunteers there and its not worth them risking some jerk punching them or worse over forcing it
Masks will be here awhile, and people can choose whether or not to participate in more crowded events. We can't just stop doing everything we used to do because this virus is here to stay for awhile.

Pennsylvania has some of the best haunted attractions in the country. Field of screams, Pennhurst asylum, Bates Motel, Eastern state penitentiary, Shocktoberfest to name a few. I've been to all these except Eastern state Penn.
Pennsylvania spoiled me for sure. I worked at pennhurst for 2 years and got to see eastern state and field of screams. Never got to see bates motel but its on my list. I moved to florida and the stuff they have down here looks like they dont care at all in comparison.

This is really amazing, I had no idea this much work went into these things. A little suggestion: For the rides I think you should have an actor per site on the hay ride that gets taken and "mutilated," in a unique way for each of those different spots. I think it would get them a bit more riled up.
Back in 2015, my dad took me to a haunted attraction in Arizona called Nightfall. Now THAT was scary and a lot of fun. Now just so everybody knows I don’t remember most of it. I am really sorry about that.
I’m from California and we have tons of scare attractions, my favorite being Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights and this looks like it blows all of them away. So much detail and stimulating. Would love to go sometime.
WOW, when I went there was no where near this many people there. The scariest attraction was the Asylum one. Everything else was meh, hayride was neat but gave the weakest scares. I would def recommend it over Kim's Krypt or Jasons Woods tho.
Although this wasn't really scary and not many horrifying jump scares it would still be such an experience to go there because of how real they made everything feel
While its not my favorite PA haunt, they really nailed it with the production and spectacle-factor. The Hayride is by far their best attraction in my opinion and the trip is worth it for that.
When I lived in Maryland this was our go to spot. I’ve lived in lord of states now and still nothing compares to this place, I brag about field of screams all the time
There is social distancing but if you're in a group of people like you and your family then that's the only time you dont social distance except for when you're walking around cause there's a lot of people. Trust me, you're all fine. Most people take their masks off in the attractions which leads me and the other actors to scare them the most.
I have autism and severe anxiety and sensitivity to heat and loud noises. I have noise canceling headphones. What else do you suggest? Is the hayride okay? Do they really touch you and hurt you?

This is really amazing, I had no idea this much work went into these things. A little suggestion: For the rides I think you should have an actor per site on the hay ride that gets taken and "mutilated," in a unique way for each of those different spots. I think it would get them a bit more riled up.

Simply the best outdoor haunt in the country hands down.
Back in 2015, my dad took me to a haunted attraction in Arizona called Nightfall. Now THAT was scary and a lot of fun. Now just so everybody knows I don’t remember most of it. I am really sorry about that.

I’m from California and we have tons of scare attractions, my favorite being Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights and this looks like it blows all of them away. So much detail and stimulating. Would love to go sometime.
WOW, when I went there was no where near this many people there. The scariest attraction was the Asylum one. Everything else was meh, hayride was neat but gave the weakest scares. I would def recommend it over Kim's Krypt or Jasons Woods tho.

Although this wasn't really scary and not many horrifying jump scares it would still be such an experience to go there because of how real they made everything feel

While its not my favorite PA haunt, they really nailed it with the production and spectacle-factor. The Hayride is by far their best attraction in my opinion and the trip is worth it for that.

When I lived in Maryland this was our go to spot. I’ve lived in lord of states now and still nothing compares to this place, I brag about field of screams all the time

There is social distancing but if you're in a group of people like you and your family then that's the only time you dont social distance except for when you're walking around cause there's a lot of people. Trust me, you're all fine. Most people take their masks off in the attractions which leads me and the other actors to scare them the most.
