I've seen alot of classic Ford & Chevy & handful of Dodge school buses over the years, but a FARGO!!! That's gold, guys!!👍👍 And if it were me, a 5.9 12 valve Cummins is the only way to go with that big thing!! Best of luck!!🙏👏👏
Vvery cool. When i went to school in 60's, n 70's, our district in Pa., ran mainly those Dodges, n couple Internationals. They ran good. Old 318 used to scream. Love it
Majorly COOL! a Dodge Fargo with a Carpenter Coach body! I had a 1964 Ford B750/Carpenter school bus. I restored it from a motor home back into a school bus. It was a blast!
In Indiana, a private owned school bus cannot be painted school bus yellow! We and the band I was in got stopped in lensmen by a state super trooper and where informed of that fact. It’s a real drag prepping and painting a full size bus…whew!!!
Go buy a damn lotto ticket dude you are the luckiest mofo I've ever come across. Nothing is so badass I don't care what you do with it it's going to be sick
Wow, the memories! My dad bought a camper-converted 1960 GMC bus in the early 70's, I inherited it later in life. We went absolutely everywhere with this thing growing up. Straight 6 292, 2 speed rear axle. Same rear quarter windows and rounded ass-end roof as you've got.
@@marcbeebe I need a camper I can tow with that’s the whole idea 12valve 4x4 I can tow my mud truck with to events that’s the plan it useless to me as a stock bus
That bus is out-standing!!! In a field.......
One of a kind bus! interesting.....

@@roywhitman7109 yeah first Fargo bus I’ve seen and I do have a 12 valve for it but I have to try get the 318 running before it gets pulled
@TheRustFarm Understood! I wish you all the best!👍 I'd subscribed. Can't wait to see how this goes! BTW, your red dually is a beauty!
@@roywhitman7109 thanks I probably won’t do much on the bus this year I have a few projects ahead of it but we will see
You may have to do some clearing. Weed eat around the bus.

@@toddcundiff3976 yeah definitely! I plan on doing a video fixing a few issues that it has and there is a rotten bottom log I’m planning on replacing
@@TheRustFarm awesome thank you
I think the 2470 would have been fine with another bus or 2 behind the one you were in. :D That baby is an animal!
Yeah it didn’t care at all haha
PETA won't like you displacing all the critters living in that bus. May protest at your front door....

You know what would be a cool thing to do with that old Fargo? Restore it a a school bus. Bus campers have become a cliché.
