I heard if you microwave your squash whole in the microwave for about 3-4 mins, you can safely cut it in half easier.

Why cut and clean out BEFORE placing in microwave. I just watched another video and he microwaved it before cutting and cleaning out the seeds? VERY hard to cut this squash in half prior to cooking.

You can microwave it whole for 3-4 mins then it’s easier to cut in half and clean it.
