Guys the oven temp and length of cooking IS in the video! At 3:45 (top right hand corner) 30-40m minutes at 400F - thank you for the video Coit!
Yes, you can toast these seeds just like pumpkin seeds. Delicious!
I'm glad I watched this. I never think to buy squash and I love it. I think I'll subscribe.
Loved the cutting lesson! I had to call my husband in the kitchen to cut my squash it was so tough. 🤦🏿♀️
If the innards come out a bit crunchy and underdone - you can boil them in water just like pasta and they'll soften right up!
I use a Grapefruit Spoon.
I just made this for a Lenten meal. I did everything as you did (including the way you cut the stem off. I also had added Mrs. Dash to the salt and pepper. Then, after shredding I added Kalamata olivedsand a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese. It was deliciousi!
Love this I will be trying tonight. Very simple healthy way to eat spaghetti like dinner. Thank you
Yum looks delicious
You can fry the seeds and plant them
When I do this, I cut both ends off (the stem and the base) by just a little bit. Then you have a flat surface… just stand it up and cut straight down with a long enough blade. Takes a few seconds and you won’t risk hurting yourself.
I also salt the squash about 20 mins to draw moisture out of it before cooking, using oil or seasoning completely. Just dab with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
yes!! Yummy
Amazing 🔥🔥
Thanks so much! 🙌🏻

You will get better results by cutting the squash the opposite way, the circular ring strands come out longer.
