Hello Chandi, Emily O’Dell is my wife and knitting has been what has saved her throughout our tough situation that has spanned four years. Literally saved her life. The way you have displayed this design and your calming words touched both of us and she is currently watching your video for the fourth time. Knitting and crochet is the only thing that brings her peace as we mourn our ambiguous loss of our children through trafficking. You have brought her such a profound sense of peace with this video and I want to extend my sincerest gratitude to you and your followers for helping save my wife. God bless all of you and from my family to yours Thank you all ❤️
I cannot imagine the pain you two have suffered. I’m sitting here crying as I read your comment. May you somehow find peace. Know that you will be lifted up in my prayers.
@@marlalash9762 we are working through it. Gonna take more time to make Texas realize they made a huge mistake but with every day and every little bit of effort it will soon turn into a big beautiful reunion ❤ as long as we keep God close we know we’ll make it ☺️
Anthing I could offer personally just pales to this situation and words are not enough to comment on what you both have been facing but what I will offer is that your family will be in my prayers. God Bless you all.... Chandi, thank you for transporting us weekly and even daily to take a breath and be grateful for what we do have.
Between my mother's stroke and my husband having cancer being their caregiver is stressful. Knitting, thank goodness, helps relieve this daily stress. Your positive attitude and calm words and videos are a blessing too. Thank you.
Yes, lately I’ve been feeling like I’m treading water. I got back to my wips. I finished my knitted blanket, my crochet hat and scarf set. I felt so much better, it relaxed & brought a smile to my mind, heart and soul. 'So, I just keep praying, knitting & crocheting. I’m going to make this shawl for sure. Thanks Chandi.
Hi Chandi, Just love this video... I have gained such solace from my knitting throughout my heartbreak of trying to support my daughter through her mental health battles with anxiety and panic attacks. Retreating into the world of colour, pattern and creativity is a life saver for sure. xx
Chandi, I received this video & your sweet text message on a really difficult day - the funeral visitation of my last brother. Your messages helped me face that day & be of comfort to his widow. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your uplifting messages. God bless.❤
You make me feel like I can do anything with your kind words of love. Thank you for another beautiful pattern. You and your yarns are cheaper than the therapy I would need without you 😊
Knitting and crocheting have helped me through so many hard times. It has also made my life full, full of stitches and gorgeous pieces. I've been creating items for 51 years thanks to a wonderful Aunt.
I turn to knit/crochet all the time to give myself peace and enjoyment, I care for my mom who had a stroke and does not have speech, but she loves watching me knit and creat your beautiful patterns. I recently made her the Sue Ellen shawl and she adores it. Your videos always inspire me to try new things in my yarn craft 💙🦋
Hello Chandi, I am retired now and feel very lonely. However, following you, with your positive attitude, attending the Tuesday lives, receiving the EFA mails, and more importantly knitting with your exquisite yarn bring me happiness. I simply could not live without it (and without my cats!)
I am 4 months into Shingles peripheral neuropathy’, at age 80, and knitting is the only peace I get from the pain. I love your words at the beginning, so heartfelt and true.
I taught myself how to knit and crochet when my son had some health issues when he was younger. Concentrating on the work helped to stop my brain from worrying so much. The shawl pattern is such a beautiful design!
Knitting/crocheting are my therapy. To know that I have a community of brothers and sisters out there stitching calm into the world makes me happy. ❤ to you all.
Knitting helped me while I was supporting my sister through her stem cell treatment for cancer. For weeks I sat beside her bed knitting hats and shawls that she could use on her then bald head in the softest of fibres that wouldn't cause any itch. The act of knitting helped both of us during that time and we both have wonderful memories of the laughter, the tears, the fear, and the elation when her cancer went into remission. Take the time and get in touch with yourself one stitch at a time while also adding hope and love into every one of those same stitches. A handmade item is truly a priceless gift in my opinion.
Hi Chandi, I’ve been knitting for 57 years and I don’t go anywhere without my knitting. It keeps me calm in stressful situations, keeps me enriched when bored, and keeps me company when I’m alone. And best of all, I get to wrap myself up in a hug whenever I’ve finished a project. Win, win.
Oh, most people know pain, and daily knitting has brought some relief to me! Thanks for your all that you do for us! I hope you are blessed as much as you have graced us!
That yarn is gorgeous. Crochet has brought me lots of enjoyment and relaxation over the past 40+ years but I wouldn't say it brought me peace when nothing else could.
Crocheting is pretty much my daily therapy from life. Quality time when I give to myself with fiber crafts is one of the most soothing and rewarding times of day. I love seeing stitches and patterns come to life. These new north DK colors are all gorgeous. I don't think there's a single one I don't love!
Hi Chandi and Emily! This is beautiful. A specific time knitting helped me was 2020 and I was hospitalized with Covid. I was so sick, not afraid to die, but I didn’t want leave my family. I was knitting a cowl from a Chandi video and it helped greatly to focus my mind on something else. Thank you all so much.
I work full time, make dinner then after clean up, there is nothing better than sitting down to knit, to create something beautiful out of beautiful yarn. It's relaxing, centering and calming. Thank you for your beautiful yarn!
Knitting and crocheting are the thing that gives me peace. After the multiple surgeries I’ve had, they were the one thing that I could do to help me with my rehab and to give my family time for themselves. Your Friday morning RUclips videos are the highlight of my week.
Your videos always lift my spirits. When my DAd was diagnosed with cancer and I found mysef knitting and crocheting hats hats and more hats for his doctors office. He left us within a month, but his face was so happy when he was donating all those hats every visit into the bin, which was constantly empty. Thank you for all you do for all of us every day you truly reach us through your kind calm spirit ❤
Oh Chandi you always know just what to say to lift someone's spirits up, and bringing these on a Friday always helps with closing down the week and remembering the importance of letting go and self care. I knit and crochet almost every day, and it brings me the calm and sense of achievement that nothing else can. Put on an audiobook and I'm in my happy place. Thank you for all your work and bringing these lovely patterns to us ❤
Knitting/crocheting has brought me PEACE for over thirty years. I always have yarn by myside and when I travel. I enjoy listening to your calm remarks/voice. Thank you Chandi and friends. ❤
So many times, most days in fact my knitting and crochet calms me. The most significant time was when my Daddy was in his last days. Thank you for the wonderful thoughts you share. I really appreciate your text and the caring messages they convey. They and you are a blessing!! ♥️
Crochet for me is my sanity! I crochet everyday just for the peace and joy of creating something beautiful.. it helps me keep my mind in a good place..... Thank you for sharing these lovely patterns.💖💝
Knitting keeps me calm on a daily basis. I've always said that it's therapeutic and so satisfying to see the end results of your work, especially when it's a gift for someone you love. I learned to knit from my mother and picked it up at a time in my life when my world seemed to be falling apart. I was living in a shelter with my two young daughters and within months of each other, I was diagnosed with MS and my younger daughter with bipolar disorder. We were there for over a year before we finally found a place to live. Knitting got me through all that. Now, some twenty years later, I'm the proud mother of a nurse and making gifts for my grandchildren. I owe my current life to knitting because it kept me from sinking into despair even at my lowest points.
I started crocheting and knitting the same year my daughter had finished chemo. She was only 8 years old. My mind goes to the dark place more often than I care to admit. Counting stitches, looking for new patterns, watching RUclips videos helps me. Thank you for all you do! Collectively crochet and knitting channels help fighting depression more than therapists and drugs. I can’t control the future but I can make beautiful things.
This shawl is so beautiful! Knitting and crochet has been a huge stress reliever for me. I have done both for years on and off. When my son was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2019 I needed something to keep my mind from going crazy so I started crocheting and knitting and haven't stopped. I need to work on something everyday and know it helps me so much! Thanks for your wonderful, uplifting and inspirational words. And of course all the awesome patterns!!
Any time I need some centering and calm, I pick up my yarn work. If several days have gone by where I haven't worked on something, I can feel the absence in my body and am drawn to sit down and pick it up again. Soothing, meditative, centering, and grounding. So grateful to have hands that have all their fingers and work well, a brain that can figure things out, money to afford yarn and nice needles, and time to devote to the craft. Thank you for your virtual calming, uplifting presence. ❤
Oh Chandy, your whose words gives such a positiv hopeful view of our troubles. Got me it's kind of energy you send. Thank you. The same is knitting/crocheting to me. I can calm down, forget the problems for a while and I can recognize that I still can be productive.😊
What a beautiful pattern today! I am a full-time, live-in companion for a family member with dementia. I am basically always on duty. Knitting and crochet are a part of every day. They are so very important to my own mental health and well-being.
This is a beautiful shawl but crocheting is my craft of choice these days. At one time it was cross stitch. Which ever craft I choose it has always been a calming influence in my life.
Knitting and crochet help me when life gets a bit overwhelming. Just focusing on the stitches, the beautiful yarn and knowing that i am creating brings peace and joy. And those times when my hands are struggling, i turn to videos such as yours, to calm me, and give me ideas on what my next projects will be. Today is that day, my psoriatic arthritis is playing up, so I'm doing what i can, but your positiveity and kindness makes me so happy! 😊
Knitting has always helped with my anxiety. It’s rhythmic and so soothing, then you come out of it with something beautiful. It’s exciting to be able to create beauty.
I just love the way you connect knitting to an attitude of living. It speaks to the way I lived for several years while my husband’s battle with Parkinson’s intensified and he finally had to be moved to a nursing home. Knitting was a large part of ‘showing myself that I am alive, am still able to find joy and pride in spite of heartache, that creativity largely helps to rescue one from drowning. My husband passed over a year ago and now knitting helps me find a sense of worth and joy and passing some otherwise lonely hours. Joined a knitting club which reinforces all those things. Yes, we don’t just knit beautiful or useful items, we engage in something that calms, brings joy, gifts us with useful life-lessons of perseverance, patience and trust in the process. Thank you ❤️
When my mother passed almost 14 years ago knitting helped me keep it together long enough to get through that tough time. I try to knit some every day. In the last few years I've been able to pick up my crochet hooks again and remember my mom teaching me how to do the stitches. It's made me feel close to her again.
I returned to knitting and crocheting when I was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer two months ago. It is so very therapeutic. I am blessed to have found you, Chandi, on Facebook and RUclips. Your videos are not only very helpful, but also calming. Thank you!
Knitting and crochet has kept me sane and calm. It brings the joy of creation, the affirmation that if you make a mistake, you can rip it back and start over. Or, if you've made a tiny mistake, you can accept imperfections in your piece, and in yourself.
You were the 1st luxury yarn dyer I ever ordered from. I love every skein I have purchased. Knitting has literally saved my life from overwhelming grief and for that I am grateful❤
Same here. Never bought luxury yarn before I found Chandi and EFA. My first ever purchase was Pearlescent Fingering and I also got some Moongleam. Just beautiful yarn. Pearlescent Fingering is my FAVORITE!
Greetings from Central California 😇👋🏼 thanks for sharing your words of encouragement and hope today. I agree with you that knitting and crocheting are instrumental for our mental health. The therapeutic practice of mindfulness while taking up stitches and giving finished projects impact both giver and receiver. I appreciate your video today and will continue to knit and crochet for my grief and sadness daily.❤please enter me in your giveaway 🎉
My faith in God, my children, knitting and crocheting are the only thing that help me get up and out of bed most mornings. I didn’t realize serving my country would be so difficult. Thank you, Chandi and Expression Fiber Arts for making life tolerable.
Knitting calms my mind when life feels overwhelming. I've struggled with seasons of depression at different times and having a project (or two or three!) to dive into has really helped pull me out of the darkness. I often find myself praying when I'm knitting simple patterns!
Thank you for your kind and comforting words❤ knitting got me through the ending of my marriage. It was a long process but knitting brought me peace, comfort and a sense of joy and confidence knowing I can create something new.
I'm going through treatment for breast cancer, second time for me, and my knitting has helped keep me calm and able to carry on with everything else that is going on. You are an inspiration and so beautiful. Thanks for your messages.
The beginning of your video brought me to tears. Crochet saved me during a very difficult tragedy - December 2016. I learned to Crochet because I couldn't quilt. I couldnt use rotary cutters, sewing machine, needles and scissors because my mind couldn't concentrate without veering and making a mistake with sharp tools. In came Crochet and counting, so much counting, it helped ease my soul. I often turn to Crochet during difficult times now, but I love the beauty in the quiet slow and therapeutic benefits it gives me.
Knitting and crocheting is so relaxing, and it reminds me that no matter what is going on in life, I can create something beautiful for my family and friends. I love them and appreciate them for everything they do for me and others as well. My happy place!! 😊❤
I crochet and knit to relax after work. My job is very stressful and creating is my happy place just thinking about my loved ones reaction when I give them items I custom made for them brings me joy.
I saw this video after I got home from emergency surgery. Knitting has kept me going through what has been an incredibly difficult year fighting cancer. Thank you so much for the beautiful patterns, and heartfelt messages you always put in your videos and emails. They help more than you can know. ❤
I have always said that knitting is very zen for me. Knitting makes me concentrate on what I’m doing so every other thought or care vanishes for the time that passes while knitting and I actually feel more peaceful afterwards.
Hello Chandi, my name is Holly and I love how you start all your videos with a upbeat, positive welcoming. There're days it helps me greatly. I knit and crochet more now for relaxation and peace of mind. In the past 6 years I have been diagnosed with 12 tummers on my brain and found out I have blood cancer (which there's no cure for) so knitting and crocheting have given me comfort. I just wanted to thank you for the comforting words you share and the beautiful items you offer all of us. You are truly a blessing.
It’s so true, crocheting really brings peace to my soul. I learned basic crochet many years ago, but now I have been able to spend more time exploring and enjoying.
Yes, crocheting has calmed me down when my uncle had stage 4 lung cancer and he was going through chemo. Thank you for calming patterns like this one. I love the patterns.
I have Crohns disease and stress causes problems with my guts so i use knitting to stay grounded and help me keep my stress levels low. I'm so thankful that I have this wonderful hobby. This pattern is so lovely! The colors are sumptuous as is the movement of the fabric. I'd love to cuddle and snuggle into that beautiful garment! Mmmm!
Knit and crochet are the ways I wind down from my day. It's been my savior in stressful times for the last....5 years. Keeps the hands busy, which if it's even a slightly difficult pattern, it also keeps you focused on that, instead of whatever else is going on. ❤
I always look forward to Fridays when you bring us another lovely pattern. This shawl is so calming when I look at it. The one time when knitting bought me peace is right after my youngest Son took his own life in Feb 23, 2020. I thought I was going to loose my mind but this was what kept me sane. I've been knitting for 40 years now, and this was the only time in my life I felt I needed to have for myself.
Beautiful shawl, beautiful video, perfect. After a long pause with no knitting time, I restarted few years back, and can not imagine life without my craft time. I call it my meditation, and it still brings me to life struggles. All the best to all.
The 2023 year has been challenging. Knitting brings a peace and calm while focusing on the pattern and fibers, giving a break to thinking of the day's problems. Love your inspirations and positive encouragement.
Whenever I am overwhelmed by life, whatever it has thrown my way, my hook brings me back to center. A simple single crochet thermal stitch potholder and my mind can stop thinking about the days troubles and just focus on the motion of going into the stitch, picking up a loop and going back through both. Again and again. At some point I start to sing in my head or pray then I feel the peace come over me. Alas all is well, for now. Thank you for a beautiful pattern. I learned to knit last year, hoping to become so much better next year as it will be my craft of focus. ❤
I learned to knit, following your RUclips tutorials, near the end of 2019. As we all know, 2020 was a year for the record books. Knitting was both calming when I felt overwhelmed and entertaining when isolation wore heaviest. The pieces I made during that troubled year are still some of my favorites to wear. As they say, this too shall pass!
Thank you for sharing such beautiful wisdom. Crocheting is a way for me to be calm and focus on the process and set the stress and worries and fear aside. Crocheting gives me joy and comfort.
My mom taught me to crochet granny squares. I later taught myself how to do more stitches abd read patterns. It's always been a way I relax and also create things to share with family and friends. It also helps me feel connected with my mom since her passing. I am just now learning to knit. Thank you for all your beutiful patterns and yarns. Love them so much. ❤
Knitting brings me peace in its rhythm, gentle movements, creativity, and practicality. I find joy and peace during the making and when wearing the results. Thanks for providing this beautiful project.
I have really bad anxiety and knitting is the best way I have found that calms my mind and soul. I never knew how much such a simple craft could bring such peace. ❤❤❤
Thank you for this lovely video. Every day that I knit or crochet I am able to get to a peaceful place in my mind. A place away from worrying or sadness, even if just for a short time. This is why I do needlework. It's my escape from the troubles of the day.
Like so many here, I have always found so much joy in my fiber arts. My knitting bag is a true friend that has traveled with me through all the ups and downs of this crazy journey…everywhere from sitting with my crazy fun knitter friends to just gathering a few moments to myself by grabbing my needles and curling up in a chair. It’s always always calmed my mind and heart. (It certainly got me through my kiddos’ teen years! They should be grateful to knits and pearls…just sayin’!) LOL
I would say that knitting is the only thing that keeps me sane, since the pandemic started in 2020. Knitting and books has always been my tools to soothe and calm the mind.
Good morning Chandi. Thank you for this video. The shawl is beautiful! Crocheting and knitting is my stress reliever. I am currently going through a great deal of stress, caring for a early onset demented and handicapped mother, a brother recently in a big truck accident that resulted in surgery, and working through a challenging time in my marriage. When I visited the doctor last week I was told my adrenal glands are suffering from the stress, so I picked up my needles and locked myself away in my bedroom to knit. I am knitted a throw for my son. The colors and yarn are soothing to work with. After a particularly challenging evening, I woke to your video this morning. Your calm voice and insight was balm to a weary soul. I love the colors chosen for the project you highlighted in this video. I'd love to make the shawl for my daughter. A sort of hug from a mom to her daughter. Thank you for investing in the community and providing so many of your patterns for free. God bless you!
Knitting and crochet always brings me peace and calm. I knit and crochet to destress. It is a wonderful way to just let.things go and you wind up with a gorgeous project after.
I find that crocheting is part of my evening routine. I have always found falling asleep to be difficult, the unresolved problems /unfinished work keeping me awake. Now I spend at least an hour in the evening listening to music or a book and crochet. Of course, if I find time to crochet in the daytime, I consider it a bonus! Thanks for all you kind thoughts and great videos.
I love your videos and patterns. My Mom taught me to crochet and knit when I was young. She passed away 28 years ago and knitting and crocheting brings her back if only for a little while.
I started off knitting but crochet has quickly become a great joy as well. I have to pay closer attention to my crocheting so harmful thoughts have no space. Thank you for the effort you and your team put into each week, I look forward to your voice and wise words every Friday.
For 14 years, I lived apart from my children, due to finances and employment. I struggled with anxiety and depression. Knitting and crocheting helped to keep me from the point of no return. The rhythm of working a pattern helped me with regulating my breathing. The satisfaction of creating something, helped me to feel purpose. It helped me to refocus my anxious thoughts. I am finally living with my kids and grandkids and the joy that being here brings is immeasurable. Now I knit and crochet and share to express love.
I just want to say your voice is so soothing and calming. I logged on by chance and was captivated by your ability to take away my anxiety in a matter of minutes. I am a beginner knitter who suffered a brain injury and had to stop working as an RN. Overnight my life changed and I went from working full-time, going to school to be a nurse practitioner in graduate school full-time, to being on a ventilator and motorized wheelchair and no longer having the career I worked so hard for for so long. Now, I’ve been able to get out of the wheelchair when nobody thought that was possible but I walk with a cane and can’t work. I have anxiety and depression now and knitting has really helped but hearing your voice, and watching your videos and instructions have been so incredible and life changing. I know you probably think that sounds crazy and I don’t want you to think I’m trying to be overly dramatic but if you’ve ever felt overwhelmed multiply that and you might understand the feeling I get when I don’t feel like I can figure out how to handle the future and somehow handing things over to God doesn’t make it better. Anyway, your videos, your message, your yarn are are beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing!
Beautiful pattern! And lovely colors. I love to knit, but I learned to crochet when I was 8 years old. My grandma taught me. So that is my go-to when things are not going well, because crochet is comforting to me.
Knitting and crocheting have been profound enough to get me back into my everyday life. Your yarn carries this beautiful calm energy and I love working with it.
I was diagnosed with a degenerative condition 10 years ago and was left housebound a lot, I had always knew the basics of crochet and knitting but taught myself the rest and it helped maintain my sanity 😂 now I always have projects on the go and it’s always good to take my mind off things 😊 thanks for showing the beautiful pattern ❤
Knitting has helped me find peace and calm when I was hospitalised with my 1st pregnancy. I've collapsed in the middle of my 8th month of pregnancy and was rushed to the hospital, it was in the middle of the pandemic and all the stress and overworking myself, trying to prepare my small business for my little one's arrival, had been too much for my body. Because of all the precautions I couldn't have any visitors the whole time I was hospitalised, but my husband managed to get me my work-in-progress. I was working on a gorgeous shawl with an intricate but soothing pattern, the feel of my wooden needles and the buttery yarn were what kept me calm and balanced during that rough time. Today my daughter is 2,5 years old and loves watching me knit. She always wants to try with me, she also loves to wear what I knit for her and proudly announces "mommie made this!" to anyone willing to listen. I'm pregnant again, and have vowed to be nicer to myself this time around, taking little moment to myself with my knitting is the key for me. Thank you for this beautiful video, it is always like a chicken soup for my soul ❤
Quilting used to take most of my free time, but during the pandemic, knitting or crocheting became my go to way to pass the time. I didn’t realize why until your words at the beginning of this video expressed it beautifully.
Chandi you are such a gentle soul. You give us so much with your words. Knitting and crocheting have helped me cope with the loss of my husband three and half years ago. I had not done either for decades, too busy with work. But I picked it back up and it's been a lifesaver, them and my cats lol.
Knitting and crochet are my go-to any time I have had a hard day or week. I think about how, when I get through the day, I will have a reward waiting for me; my fiber project ❤ Thank you for this new pattern!
Hello Chandi, what a beautiful calming shawl to knit. The colors of the yarn are so soothing. I knit/crochet to calm me and keep my hands busy, after the passing of my husband 4 years ago. Thanks for your words of kindness. Have a wonderful day💕🤗🧶🧶🧶
Just as you said, keeping my hands busy and just making a stitch is all i can manage some days. I unexpectedly list my eldest daughter last year and im now raising my 17 year old granddaughter. It's a struggle, but the comfort of the yarn running through my fingers and ending up with a beautiful project soothes my soul and allows me to carry on.
What a beautiful video. And the colors of the shawl are simply stunning. I keep two patternless WIPs on my end table--one crochet and one knit. Their purpose is in part to practice stitches, but because there is no pattern, their real purpose is to calm my mind with repetitive stitch making. Made of scrap yarn, they become blankets for the dogs and cats when big enough. Thank you for starting this Friday on such a lovely note.
Hello Chandi, I look forward to the new patterns and videos each week. In this video your words of calm encouragement have truly touched my soul. Knit and crochet have been a part of my life “forever” and the sense of accomplishment when completing a piece has been a lovely byproduct of the process. As I have gotten older and life has sometimes been challenging, the peace I find when creating a new knit project has become more important than ever. Thank you for all of your encouraging words and your beautiful spirit.
Knitting has brought a sense of peace and fulfillment to my life. I am creating something and weaving colour into gifts for friends and family. I am not a talented knitter and have huge issues with following patterns, but I knit hats, blankets etc, and have been able to share the results. This has helped in times of stress, and and loss.
Hi Chandi! I have had many, many times in my life where knitting & crocheting have helped ground me, alleviate stress and quiet my "Adhd" mind. Your product and live videos and sweet messages as well as your entire EFA staff and designers bring much joy to my life. Thank you and Tim so very much!
Gorgeous shawl. Knitting is just what was needed to be able to enjoy relaxing because you actually create something instead of vegging out on TV or time on an iPad or phone

Praying for you and your family. 🙏🙏🙏
This is horrible, we're so sorry to hear that. You're in our thoughts. We're so glad, however, that the expression through design is helping Emily. 💜
Sometimes the simplest of items are the most beautiful. Thank you Emily and Chandi!

Thank you for all your work and bringing these lovely patterns to us ❤
I'm so glad you enjoy our tutorials 💜
Knitting/crocheting has brought me PEACE for over thirty years. I always have yarn by myside and when I travel. I enjoy listening to your calm remarks/voice. Thank you Chandi and friends. ❤
So many times, most days in fact my knitting and crochet calms me. The most significant time was when my Daddy was in his last days. Thank you for the wonderful thoughts you share. I really appreciate your text and the caring messages they convey. They and you are a blessing!! ♥️
I learned to knit 9 years ago. I'm so grateful for the peace, calm and sense of accomplishment knitting brings me. 🥰🌹
What a wonderful pattern. Any time I knit, I immediately feel calm and transport to my happy place where I am at peace.
Knitting and crochet brings me such peace of mind. It is something I can use to create ease into my life and tap into unconditional love. ❤
Knitting and crocheting have been life savers for me. I have chronic migraine and mood disorder. This craft is very therapeutic for me.
I'm so sorry to hear that. We wish you all the best. 💜
Knitting brings me peace & calm every single day….it’s absolutely my “deep breathing” 😊
We wish you a quick recovery! 💜
Watching something I knit/crochet grow is so soothing for my soul!
I always find peace and calm when I am knitting, that's why I knit! I love that shawl, it looks woven. ❤
Knitting is what got me through the lockdown. Zoom knitting with my friends also helped me feel connected. Thank you for this ray of positivity today!
Crocheting is definitely my therapy and has helped me through many tough times dealing with family tragedy and difficult parenting times😊
Thank you for sharing 💜
I love the yarn. Good luck to everyone. I learned to knit at a tube in my life when I needed help with depression. It really changed my life.
Love this beautiful shawl pattern and those gorgeous yarns. Crochet and knitting continue to help me feel close to my mother now that she is gone.
Hi Chandi! I have had many, many times in my life where knitting & crocheting have helped ground me, alleviate stress and quiet my "Adhd" mind. Your product and live videos and sweet messages as well as your entire EFA staff and designers bring much joy to my life. Thank you and Tim so very much!
I knit when I'm stressed or feel not in control. It definitely helps. Thanks for another lovely shawl pattern. That yarn has incredible drape!
Gorgeous shawl. Knitting is just what was needed to be able to enjoy relaxing because you actually create something instead of vegging out on TV or time on an iPad or phone
