Curious on its background, I did a small amount of research and found it's a bardiche, a weapon used by ye olde executioners. Still not a scythe. In ds3 this is instead called a Glaive, still not right but better 😂
Is there is a way to dodge his attack that makes you fly in the air? He do it sometime when you try to hit him after his attacks end, its too fast and well-timed that it seems impossible to aviod or predict
You can dodge every attack, off the top of my head I can only think of the attack you're referring to.. Is it when he sweeps his sword diagonally right and then jumps and slams down?
Can’t believe DS1 calls this thing a “scythe”. My brother in Christ that’s a halberd.
And the funniest thing is that they classified it as freaking Halberd, but still called it a Scythe lmao.

Peasants used to mount the blade of their scythes upwards like this to use as a weapon. So not too wrong

i love this game with all of my heart but istg elden ring and ds3 really spoiled me with how fast they are
