I think there's a new "ladder warp" glitch that is new to the regular route. I might be wrong. edit: now that I see he's starting with the healer class. That's new too
New strategy as people say, and also that in previous WR mistakes were made, so, there'll improvements of time. Here also gets some mistakes like drinking an estus or damage like the hollow he uses to do the ladder glitch. He'll probably reach 19:30 soon.
I know this run is already super optimized and I'm not trying to look smarter than anyone, just genuinely curious, is it really not faster to use those 17k souls in Anor Londo before picking up the dragon tooth? I feel like it would cut an attack or two from some bosses which would make up for the time loss.
@twixdog3316 you need 42 strength to change any of the fights, otherwise the damage is negligible, and if you wanted to level 42 strength, you'd need to kill O&S and then rest at gwynevere bonfire to level. We timed this pretty extensively, and it ended up being 6 seconds slower

Ok so the only way to put the lord vessel down is to ring both bells you need either to fall in firelink or talk to one of the 2 primordial serpent and none of these options are available before the 2 bells
Im frame duping them, which is a fancy way if saying I press "use item" on the last frame of the animation where the game normally registers using the consumable. You can chain it infinitely, but thankfully you "only" need to do 3 of them
