All of the applications are downloading except for word

run the command again by changing directory to installation folder and run .\setup.exe /configure .\THE FILE NAME.

These applications are meant to be licensed through an active Office 365 Apps for Business, Business Standard, or E3 subscription.
This is not a way to install pre-activated applications. The XML file can be modified to include an activation key for mass deployments of volume licensed apps.

You need to download the configuration files and work from the same directory that you'd downloaded and extracted the configuration files to. Good luck!
how much time does it take for the download??
Download speeds will depend upon your computers internet connection. The package itself is roughly 2.5GB
Is internet access needed in the machine for this...I mean it is offline installation process
You can pre-download the setup files, and place them in the same location specified in the /download xml steps.
i.e. use /download to download files to C:\temp\o365\. Place downloaded files into same directory, then use /configure to install.
