That chunk you took out at 7:14 in was so satisfying. Love my kubota and grappler. Thanks for sharing a video of you actually putting your equipment to use on REAL brush! Refreshing to see :)
Really appreciate the support. I actually had a pretty good time wiping out all the overgrowth. Lots more to go just have to find the time. I know you recently crossed 1,000 did you get approved for monetization yet?
I am using it at the house and not the farm lol! I put a new video doing some more clearing with the grapple and some larger trees too lol! thanks for watching!
Congratulation for the 1k subscribers! That was definitely overgrown bushes!!! Can believe it was let go so far! You have the perfect machine and implement for that! Thanks!
Nice work with that grapple, Richie. When I heard you say it was 900 lbs, I thought -WHOA! But you’re right that on a big tractor like that, the grapple isn’t actually that heavy. There’s certainly advantages to having a nice heavy tractor with good AG tires and plenty of hp! Nice work. -Chad
I think i said it was 600lbs and 999 dollars lol easy mix up. Its nice to have big equipment for the farm to use on the house too otherwise i would never be able to justify the M series for the house. Appreciate your support Chad!
Bonsoir mon ami 😉👍 That grapple is sure does the job for sure 💪👍😉 Ho boy, that is a very strong tracteur mon ami 🥴💪👍😏 I tough for s few seconds that you were going trough the house 🥴🤣 You have a great camera lady 🧐😉👍 Yes in deed that was a bulldozer job for sure 👍😉 Yes do show your renos inside that house ( MANY CONGRAT'S YOU ARE PASS 1 K ! ) Cheers to both of you 👍😉🍻👌
Hi Richie! Congrats on hitting 1000 subscribers! That MTL Grapple looks pretty nice. I have MTL pallet forks and they are well-built. Thanks for sharing!
Congratulations on crossing over 1000 subs! Looks like a good grapple to me, especially for the money! They sure are a labor savor! You made quick work of that brush. Have a good one!
Thanks I dont think we would have his the 1,000 so soon without your support! I really could not beat the price and when i bought it it only took a week to be delivered.
Got a very similar North American Implement single cylinder for my L2501HST, weights like 325#. Put about 12 hours on the combo this past weekend, works awesome. Everyone brags on EA, those are for rich people, only paid $750 out the door for my NAI, even swapped the couplings to pioneer no charge.
I think you do very well when it comes to implement purchases. The J-bar Bush hog seems like an awesome value as well. I will admit that the EA grapples and implement's really are top quality but in certain situations you really dont need the quality especially when you have fabrication skills and a good welder. I know right now steel costs are through the roof so some things are tough to get. Thanks Jeff
Congratulations on hitting the 1000 subscriber mark !!! I am looking at an MTL for the L2501. Won't be this year because of my issue with the well hasn't been resolved yet. Full watch you guys. And a thumbs up too.
For the money the mtl is Excellent quality for the value. This one i have is the lighter duty model so the M series is really pushing it, no problems so far and god forbid i would rather bend a grapple than to bend my loader arms.
Thanks Ricky that would be bad news! I did not forget about you. Your channel sticker was the first i have received and i am not sure where i want to put it and possibly start a trend with other channels stickers. I am thinking about putting them on my fuel transfer tank like Steve from Angleside farm did.
Well edited, and scripted videos are worth watching. The ones that ramble and talk too much are not! 1010 subscribers, 1010 opinions on everything you do. The piece of equipment fits your budget, and does the job, is the correct choice! The grapple will remove the shed, with less effort than doing it by hand. Looks like you need a dumpster delivered for the junk lol. Paul
I was originally hoping to not have to pay the dumpster but right now it’s seeming like the most practical and efficient option. Unless I can find a local landfill that will just let me dump my dump truck then I’ll be in business!
Subscribed! It’s awesome that you reached 1000 subs. That’s our goal for the end of the year. We are almost up to 700 now. -Nick and Danielle in AZ 🌵😃👍
I really appreciate the feedback Aaron! I think i may make some videos on the interior work but there is a way to have them not show in the feed for the subscribers but still be seen when searched for.
@@HillsideAcres like I said it's just what I like to watch. It's your channel so I say put whatever you want on it. If it isn't tractor stuff I don't have to watch it. Lol!!!
Congrats on hitting the 1000 Subs Richie and Christy 👍🏻👍🏻. I was afraid you were going to hit something hidden when you were driving in those brushes. I would be interested in seeing the work on the inside of the house 👍🏻. Have a great one 👍🏻. P.S. you’re one of the sticker winners 👍🏻
With everything thats laying in the yard i was kind of expecting to hit a surprise under the brush too lol. Im looking forward to the stickers as well. We also really appreciate your support along the wat Luc. We do have something in the works to pay it forward!
That thing works nicely!! I’m wanting one for my 7060 bad! Have you considered moving your forward lift pins to the lower position for more lift power ?
@@HillsideAcres took me a lil longer than that to switch mine… but my dumbass didn’t pick the most level spot in the middle of my project to do it for the first time either
young man , U did very good job , not one is made pushing trees " GRAPPLE " , ALL way use loader bucket / plus + use your implement for your rear ballast , most people think they need box ballast waste of money buying one / ALL WAY use implement ?.
I kind of figured it was going to be shot. you couldnt see it or find it until i started removing trees and bruch. Only knew it was there because of the site plan. We are still way ahead! Thanks for watching Roy!
You can’t run a grapple over 400 pounds with factory Lugnuts. You got to upgrade those or you’re asking for trouble. I’m being a pest….And a bad speller😩 I wanted to be the first. Just to get it over with….
The factory bucket doesn’t have a lid that opens and closes. That’s mechanical engineering 101. Learned that the first day of class. It’s very hard on your Lugnuts. All that up and down motion. There’s a section on Kubota‘s website about it. It doesn’t give a price for the Lugnuts but it does say they’re made from tri-manganese. The master link in Abrams Tank tracks are made from this material. Very very expensive.

What size Grapple?
72 inch

That’s a skid steer grapple. It’s too much weight for a tractor. Especially a Kubota with that light rear end housing and small axels…
😂😂😂 this tractor has higher capacities than most skid steers. Ps it’s spelled axle
And this grapple is rated for tractors up to 50hp tractor is 75
