I got into running a lot during lockdown and ended up with a quad tendon pain and black toe nails. I went to the Run Hub, they do gait analysis and give you a choice of 5 runners to chose from that are suitable for your feet and the way you run. I cam't recommend them enough. It's a whole different world now!
Oh, excellent! I'll give them a go. I presume you've gone in since the shops reopened? I had been looking around online during lockdown but I really feel I need to try on runners before purchasing
@@ElainePower Yeah, it was literally few days ago. The precautions in the shop are 😍 wow! They give you 5 pairs and you run in each (in the shop) and they see which one suits you best.
If I did this, it would be me in the same pair of gym leggings for a whole week :D
