The only thing I hate about this movie is the cameos at the end, everything else is genuinely brilliant

I still haven't seen Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, but I like The Flash a lot more than Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Joe, lay off the crack. Across the Spider verse is 1000 % better. James Gunn ruined the Flash.

      A) The Flash is a MUCH better film (one of the top ten best superhero movies ever made)
      B) Gunn didn’t make The Flash. Andy Muschietti made the Flash. Gunn wasn’t even hired yet. The movie was shot under the Hamada regime

Sir im not sure we are talking about the same movie....or you never really watched it bc it was a train wreck of a movie to say the least

I saw the Flash five times theatrically and at least four more times on 4k disc. It was my # 1 favorite film of 2023 and easily one of the top ten best superhero movies ever made. It most certainly was not a “train wreck”. Here’s my review- I Saw ‘The Flash’! Here’s a Review!

It's terrible. The story, the actor who played the Flash. The bad cameos. The bad cgi. Only Keaton Batman and Supergirl were good. And Clooney was hilarious at the end I will say I loved that, and I hated Batman and Robin. What doesn't make sense it doesn't fit Keaton's Batman world set up by Tim Burton, and it doesn't fit Snyderverse. It's a very strange mash up. Spider-Man No Way home was better, I can't imagine Deadpool 3 will be worse.

It’s actually fantastic. It tells a beautiful, heartfelt story about loss and trying to change your destiny all the while being VERY funny with humor that really lands and it includes cameos that are well done and organic to the story without coming off as “fan service”. It’s really a perfect movie

You're wrong none of this makes any sense the plot makes no sense story of this movie makes no sense flashpoint the animated movie way is way better than this movie and spider versus a way better moving than this you must be out of your mind I'm a DC fan but I'm not that delusional

What doesn’t make sense? The plot made perfect sense. It’s a story about trying to change your fate, and accepting the things you cannot change. It’s a beautiful story… With a lot of humor. It’s really a perfect film. The flashpoint animated film was pretty terrible though. Let’s be honest… Most of the directive video animated films are horrible.

The flash was a horrid and terrible “movie”. It looks terrible, handles everything terribly, and is downright brain rot. Excluding the Ezra miller situation the cg cameo fest was the final nail in the coffin. The absolute disrespect displayed by ( without asking permission from the actor’s families mind you) was abysmal. The film would’ve (imo) been better if it wasn’t the multiverse charting adventure you love so much. My father who was a diehard comic fan all his life saw the flash with me and still hates on it every chance he gets. Thinking back on that half baked story and all around cancer of a movie I can’t stop myself from thinking “ no wonder this movie flopped”. ATSV was a movie that looked amazing and was amazing. Everything down to its themes and subtle details was a complete masterpiece. The title of the film was ACROSS the spider verse so why would you criticize it for taking the viewer across the multiverse and seeing all the spider people it has to show. The intimacy of the spidermen still exists between Gwen, Peter B Parker, hobie brown, pravitir, 2099, and miles, it’s just shown in a wider scale with other characters. The comment about fan service in ATSV irked me the wrong way because of the disrespectful scenes in the flash and the fact that spider verses cameos actually had something to do with the plot via the spider society. I don’t want to touch on the NWH stuff for long but the Andrew and Tobey weren’t needed like you said but they did improve the movie and served the plot unlike the flash scene. The NWH cameo characters end up teaching Tom’s spidey valuable lessons that improve his character. Now, let me say, I did not make this comment to take shots at you dude. I just saw so many issues with this video that I wanted to start a discussion and state my opinions and problems I had with your takes. I’d like to hear more about why you think this about these movies ( although they may be goofy or outlandish which doesn’t seem off-brand). And as a filmmaker I wanted to criticize rather than tear down this video.

The Flash is easily one of the top ten best superhero movies of all time. And The Flash filmmakers absolutely did get permission to use the likeness of the deceased actors. Not sure where you heard otherwise but that’s false information

The Reeve cameo and Slater cameo looked 2d and bad. My heart sank, as I love those movies. Also the lack of respect for George Reeves Superman who was barely mentioned, or Adam West Batman, just awful all around.

@@KrazyJoesConcessionStand The actors’ families came out about how dc didn’t talk to them about the cameos. So the filmmakers did not get permission and I heavily doubt the deceased actors’ families would be spreading lies as they have nothing to gain. Bros yapping ngl💀

the only good thing in the flash IMO was Micheal Keaton returning as Batman cause 1. im a big fan of the 2 Tim Burton batman films 2. he was th eonly reason i saw the movie and 3. i never liked ezra MIller his younger self wth that laugh was so annoying and everything else in that movie was boring to me expect for Zod and supergirl
as for Spider Verse who cares if they had so many spider pepole at least i was entertained through the whole thing the stakes the relationships between the characters like Miles and Gwen were awesome and Miguel was scary and The Spot was a good villain and of course i like Peter B Parker
and dont you dare say No Way Home dint need Tobey Maguire that man is My Live Action Spider-Man to see him back in that suit since 2007 was a dream come true for me especially when he talks to Alfred Molina since those 2 havent seen each other since 2004
