This was great until he suggested holding PMs in a bank after deposit box. For all the new stackers. Never ever ever store items in a bank safety deposit box.
I'm curious. Can you explain why?
@@MCspeedy22 sure. If you read the fine print agreements for safety deposit boxes the banks basically say in there that they can take whatever is in those boxes to cover a bank bail in. You also have to request access to your box if you ever want to get it out. There are actually many reasons not to do it and much smarter people can make better explanations than I can. Actually, take for example, I think recently the FBI raided a bank and seized a large number of boxes and their contents and people are having a hard time getting it back. Also search the Internet for various instances of it and you will see evidence of why it’s a bad idea.

The whole point of owning bullion is that you own it. It is never somewhere else. Ever.

When gold goes up 140% & silver goes up 400%, trade your silver for gold! very simple mathematics.
People been waiting over 20 yrs for silver to make such move on gold.. I will never trade gold for silver, silver is a hyped and it shows it for some yrs now.

Great interview, good advice.
One other thing not mentioned about Maple Leaf silver coins is that they (as well as Kangaroos) are 9999 silver, whereas the Eagles are just 999 silver.
Maples and Kangaroos can be used if needed right away, without further refining, in the electronics industry. - smelt and ready.
It’s absurd to me why one wants to pay more for a less pure coin.
P.S.: concerning collectible coins:
During a crisis the only thing rarer than a rare collectible coin

Remember the Golden Rule Who has the Gold Makes the Rules
Last thing you want to do is buy a 30+ Oz gold bar you’d have to find a buyer who won’t low ball you. And don’t ever leave your metals in a bank box. Don’t be surprised if it disappears.

He said gold has very few applications. Remove gold from every appliance that comprises the internet (phones, pc's, routers, etc) and this interview wouldn't be possible.

If no one knows you have gold in your house then storing it there is far more secure than a safety deposit box.

How much gold do you need to have to be a rich man in Nicaragua?
I recently went through some of my old receipts from past Silver Eagle purchases. Most of my rolls of SAE carried between a $1 and $1.30 per ounce premium. Now you must pay over triple that amount for 1oz Generic Rounds!!!
and I don't see them going down any time soon.
4@@JWFitness1 ..Just did. On 7/26 I bought a 1 oz Silver Maple Leaf at $33.69 spot price was around $28 an oz now 9/2 is down to $24 an oz. Silver Maple leaf is $33.63 . That's more than $9 over spot ...YIKES...I am hoping the spot price stops dropping and goes BACK UP !!.Broker was JM Bullion.

I just had to count the bars in the back ground, i would say there are 140 bars tops including the ones hidden behind his shoulder, 140 x 400oz = 56,000 oz's x $1805.39 USD (at the time of writing this) only comes to $101,101,840.00 which is roughly half of what he claims there is 😫
Spot on my man. I counted 136 big bars which is close to 100M. Not sure where he came up with that number but being a numbers person, he should have taken 3 minutes to do the math so he doesn't look silly. LOL
I can see kilo gold bars in the plastic creates, he might have known how much dollar amount was is in the vault and just started that amount
Every time I see Mark, he's inside the vault (besides when he was getting ready to open up his vault in the Cayman Islands and you, Daniela, looked like a teen)
Just for that vault deserves a like indeed :)
In the UK it has to be brittania and sovereigns as CGT exempt

I just purchased my second kilo silver bar. Silver still a steal even at present prices. In a year or so I will trade it for a classic car to diversify my metals.

Currently the BEST value for a 1oz government minted Silver coin is the British Britannia. It’s a beautiful coin too. After that 10oz Silver bars from Golden State and Royal mint. But you have to get in the game stacking if you want to build a nice stash! Gold and silver down due to comments (not reality) from the Fed. GREAT buying opportunities folks.

When I was in Australia and New Zealand 2 yrs ago the coin deals wanted my Maples and not so interested in my American Eagles!!! I think it was the 9999purity !
Try the 9999 (2 ozt ) coins from the UK Royal Mint not just the Britannia 999 (1ozt)
It's all fun and games until it's time too unload your stash at the right time.

Okay. Then why is the premium on silver and gold shot basically the same as minted coins?
If one is based in the UK doesn’t it make sense to buy gold from the Royalmint as one does not have to pay capital gains tax due to it legal tender status?

What people always forget is that Not long ago Gold was 1200 for 1 troy ounce.

@@fifealganaraz7466 you are right they did and Russia and China are still buying all the Gold they can but they don't make noise about it. and I did buy some Gold bullion back in 1998 the Gold was 250 dollars for 1 troy ounce I still have it and have bought many ounces in between the years on different prices and by 2011 the Gold was up to nearly 2000 dollars for 1 troy ounce So I can't complain about the price. I always buy only phisical Gold bullion Never paper contract ETF. for me Gold is welth preservation.
