Fixing my 1987 Audi Coupe GT Fuel Gauge

  • My 1987 Audi Coupe GT has had a couple issues, but we try to fix one today! The fuel gauge won't register and always says empty...my suspicion is that it's the fuel sender, so we will try to fix it in this video. Watch to see a couple of fails along the way, learn some stuff, and a surprising end result!

    I spent $0 with just kitchen supplies. water, salt and baking soda. and the gauge work from empty to full. i let it sit for 5 minutes in h2o+salt, then rinse soak with h2o + baking soda no need to scratch-pad. my car sat for 10 years.

      If you watch the whole thing you’ll see there is more wrong with this than just oxidation
